2 minutes on 14kms? No way, i guess someone like Froome can get maybe a minute on Rodriguez, but i would be surprised if it should be more. Also 20 turns are not great news for Froome i would think...

2 minutes is probably a stretch, but wouldnt be surprised at all to see +1.30 min from Froome to the worst TT'ers in the GC.
2005, 19 km ITT:
Menchov, 1.55 down
Klöden, 2.01 down
Pereiro, 2.06 down
Heras, 2.20 down
Valverde, 2.24 down
Mancebo, 2.31 down
...........
Rasmussen, 3.14 down
These are all decent (at least in GTs)/above decent TT'ers, apart from Rasmussen, obviously

Yeah, but while I know Armstrong was godlike on ITTs, Froome is not that far off peakshape. All im trying to say is that the gaps will be bigger than people might expect

Agreed. This is not a great course for most of the GC guys. Kwiatek or Sagan could do okay here depending on how they feel. I also wouldn't be surprised if some of the guys with track background do okay as well as they should have the explosiveness to get out of the corners and also good positioning on the bike. Hell even Cav might do okay.

This would have been an ideal course for Phinney if he were healthy I think, but he isn't and isn't here. I'm not sure how much I like any of the names on the options, Tony is clearly the world's best ITT right now, but I like him more the longer the route is. Sagan is a serious threat here imo. (I'm going with the other category).

Maybe on the 55kms long straight course, but hardly on the short technical TT, since Froome is terrible in taking turns...
Lance is like Hitler, you cant take him into discussion.

Only time will tell I guess.
Jesley: What a luck they got 3 other GC-guys, right?
