Should be fun, but all my cards are in the breakaway.

It's an important race for Gastauer. The most suitable of any for him to get a top result. A failure here would make for a long season in the hills for Vesuvio!

So we haven't got any news from cio for the past three days, so we decided to quickly do a report now. So I did and here you go.

You're amazing tsmoha!
Very nice race and some nice fight up the final hill. Evonik with a Top 10 in their wildcard race is nice to see.
Gratz to Good Energy!

Thanks for filling in tsmoha. Still a nicely compact report for doing it in such a rush.
Great 2nd for Tejay. He did very well to be in the right position during the final kilometers. Thus, keeping our dream of staying in the PT alive for another week.

Thanks tsmoha and indeed all the reporters but you, roturn and SN are doing a fantastic job here with the PT stuff.
Ponzi did brilliantly last year and continues in that vain and pleased that TvG was up there in second and yes actually nice to see dirty Red Bull money go to good use for Gassy.
Bakelants cannot even win when Hagen and Trofitruffle aint here - so Bouygues could be in for pretty bland yeah of looking behind them like they are straight man in the mens toilets at a Justin Bieber concert.
This was Red Bull attitude of old at hilly classics - thankfully one of my worst startlists of the year - sit in pack and chillax.
Thanks again tsmoha

Great result for good energy. Pretty happy myself with the 5th place, claeys survived with his limited stamina. I feel this continues our fine start to the season imo

Very happy with this race. A top ten is a very nice extra from this Wildcard race.
Thanks Tsmoha

Thanks for that tsmoha, surprised to see Lutsenko the strongest but some points racked up there.

Well done by De Bie to make the 15-man selection. Bodes well for next season to see him do so well already. Nice to have Sestili present in the break too.
Good job on the report, tsmoha!

Had a feeling Ponzi would take it. Would have liked a slightly better result for Cunego, but Im not mad with a 6th place.
Thanks for the report tsmoha!

Ponzi showing how valuable his sprint is. Congratulations, rjc!
A decent result from Guldhammer. 15th in a hilly classic works well for me. Was a bit disappointed when we weren't able to join the breakaway, but that is always going to be a lottery.
As Smowz said, thanks to all of you doing a fantastic job, both on the Pro Tour and for the reporting in general. The races really are flying by! |

Schreurs foughts for his dear life. All I can ask for, I guess, but top-10 would have been nice. |
