Ok, about to send the first files out. A couple of reminders:
Please don't discuss your renewals with any other manager once you are under way.
2015 Wages should not be revealed until I say so - when all Renewals are completed.

Great to see this! Here we go boys. Good luck. I like the stricter approach.
Good thing I don't have much to lose if I can't renew my top riders.
I'm more interested in seeing my budget.

This is always fun but these rules make things a lot more difficult and interesting. Good luck guys!

Oops..
I agree that the former method that was used, was too easy to predict.
But this is a very scary evolution. I have at least one rider I am absolutely dependent on reducing wages by hundreds of thousands, but on the other hand, I can't let him go into the free agency either. This will be disturbingly exciting |

Wow, those changes.
I agree that former style of renewals was a bit easy to predict, we all should have some sort of a hard time this year.

All those changes make my planning a bit more difficult. That said I am back at home today in a few hours. So finally time to go through different scenarios.
Good luck to all and let some big name Italians, dutchies and Germans go to the FA market to make things even more interesting and difficult to plan. |

You can just buy big name Italians (Pippo and Sella) from me and the problem is solved ;-)

Hmm ageing veterans...not too excited.
surely you want to give them away for almost nothing due to taxes. |

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, but on what is the wage a rider wants based? It it results, stats, anything else?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Mixture of a lot of factors I think, like previous wage, overall, results from previous season, years spent in team etc. No-one knows the whole formulae though, and there are random elements as well I think.
The best bet is probably to look at riders wages in previous years that are similar to your riders. |

Should be at home in 2-3h.
I know what to do first.
Must admit I liked last year's PT budget a lot more. Back in PCT it feels so much less. |

This is absolutely crazy. Also, I agree with Cio. It seems a bit too "random" for my likings, but like he said, it's the same for everyone.

I agree that we shouldn't know the entire formula, but it would be good to know what the biggest factors are.

Pretty known that stats is the biggest factor
