But yeah I'm taking history and some previous seasons into account as well, which maybe I shouldn't

What I would do is take the latest stats of Fifa 15 and find a way to convert them into PCM stat(create a formula, I don't know exactly how you'll want to do it).
You can find those on sofifa and it will save a lot of time statting imo.
You can always balance it yourself manually afterwards

only some players have like 31 pace and that makes the formula shit. |

Dundalk were also champions...
Imo finishing 5th in the EPL is worth more than winning the Eredivisie, but yeah, whatever floats your boat mate.
And the Red Bulls are a disgrace to football. If it were my db, I'd refuse to put them in. The fact that you're merging three clubs says it all.

I more meant Dundalk as a negative example. Just because they won the league, they're not necessarily a WT team. Allthough it'd be awesome to have them in at (P)CT level, samw goes for 1860. I can help you with jerseys for some teams too if necessary.

Until this season they have been consistent high finishers in Ligue1. Won the league not too long ago either!
So if you do that, add Bordeaux : their poorest performance those last 10 years was a 7th place. Lille is a bad team, just have a look at their results in Europa League or Champion's League... Last year's result was luck.

Would like to see some more global variety in the WT and PCT, very very very European. Obviously they don't have to be the strongest but for the sake of variety it would be nice to have a few non-European teams in there.
Corinthians would be a good starting place, as well as one of the richer Chinese teams. Bump LA Galaxy upwards, or New York.

Corinthians is nice, maybe they can be added.
but the problem is most people want only the best in the first league.
no matter what  , so i don't know how to if them in there.
maybe changing them with Shaktar donetsk? but possible they can
maybe get just pct or ct level.
but that's why we discussion this all now,

Obviously I don't mean 75 MO+TT+SPR or smth, but he's easily the best striker in the 2nd BuLi and probably across most other sub-top leagues too. Was great in Norwegian/Austrian first leagues too, so he seems like one of the best players at CT level to me.
