What a packed startlist and what a disaster for metinvest in first stage. Bratashcuk is out of the race and two guys already loosing time. But positive side is that Pakthusov can joint the attacks now and Rabon did not lost any time.
Our goal with Rabon is top15 in GC and maybe a good stage result in hard stages with flat end, Rabon is one of the fastest puncheurs around.

I want some of whatever the Allianz riders are taking for my team. Yet another nail in the coffin for Boeing though. Looking forward to the hilly stages. |

Should I be happy that Napo didn't win or sad that he even made it that far up in the end?

Yeah I forgot to take the screenshot on the 1st stage, hence why that happened. But can't you guys stop noticing my countless mistakes already?

All that I can say is that my team does not seem to like so much that you reports the races since they can never do anything in those races

For AMEXpc we did not bring sprinters here to China, so stage 1 was about not loosing time and we did that 7 of our 8 riders finished with the peloton. Only Jan Dieteren suffer a time loss (+4'38) after a crash. Since his was only a support role he was on his own.
In the big picture if he was not injured this might play well for us as he is a good fighter and will now be free to jump into any breakaway. He stole a race earlier in the season with a breakaway win. Getting in the break may win a few needed points and keep the pressure off the rest of the team.

Damn. A Stage win would have been a great start to the race.

Havent noticed that, nice catch.
But not so funny that we are down a man.

For a second there I thought Newton had a chance.
Extremely happy that Lloret jumped in and save the day, although a time gap would have been nice. Didn't expect much out of this race, so this was a nice surprise.

Never going to be a stage for big gaps, but is always nice to see a Luxembourg rider win!
Unsure about Stage 3. I hope for the sake of the pre-season calendar planning that it turns out to suit the hill riders as intended, but I fear some Mountain stat involvement. Either way, any sign of Dowsett will be a bonus.

Pretty big group that made it to the finish togheter. Hopefully tommorow's stage causes enough gaps to drop some riders like Kump, who can snag bonus seconds on the last 2 stages.
