There are some paint.net tutorials on youtube btw.
You can search for PCM jersey tutorial even but it`s basically the same as with FIFA, PES jerseys. So for learning the basics with different layers and tools youtube is a good place to learn.
Other than that I partly agree with what Ian said. National Jerseys are not often made for small fantasy shirts. So it`s fine to see you trying to do those.
As you have done correctly, you need to give the right copyrights only. |

I agree that it can be a good place to start to get used to placement, shapes etc. of a jersey.
I would however find it even cooler if the NC's were made for some of the smaller real life teams, which would give them much more use in the game for other users. There's plenty of teams with only very few NC's made.
Edit: Also interesting too see how the attitude towards paint.Net have changed since I started making jerseys. Back then people wouldn't take you serious unless you used either Photoshop or Gimp. Personally I also find Gimp much more userfriendly for most things regarding shapes and recolouring, so I was happy after I was strongly encouraged to change program.

I started with the Commonwealth Bank by Gaz. I copied the culotte to a Leader template of Will007 and I also copied the transfert, made by Gaz. I didn´t make a lot of work, but enough to have the leaders of Tour, Giro and Vuelta. Sorry for some "ugly" things in the culotte... y used the bucket filler and it did that...

Maybe you could change the shorts colour because otherwise you are just doing what the game does automatically

Your attention to details needs a little improvement. The logo on the Madrid shirt was been mentioned before, and I have noticed an issue with the Commonwealth Bank Leader Pack. All the jerseys have a blue panel on the back of the short apart from the TdF Points Jersey. You have coloured it in green, and very badly... I think if you made it blue like the others, it would look better.
I also think that the Leader Jerseys look much better than the NCs you have done so far

Mountain Giro: Colour into Commonwealth Blue the bar in the below part
Points Giro: Colour into red the "ugly things" in the back short part
Points Tour: Colour into Commonwealth Blue a part and into Green other part
Young Tour: Colour into Commonwealth Blue a part in the front short
Points Vuelta: Colour into Commonwealth Blue a part in the front short
Time Vuelta: Colour into Commonwealth Blue a part in the front short
