A podium for Lecuisinier would be amazing. I hope he can do that with some decent mountains backup from Vasilyv and some 66+ riders. Besides that I really hope that Coquard can somehow upset and take a day in the leaders jersey after a, hopefully, good prologue...
This season, however, is just the trailer for next season, where the full flick is shown with Lecuisinier (79MO, 75TT) supported with Vasilyv (75MO, 70TT), while Le Gac and Gougeard (75HI) could pose a threat on the bumps. I can't remember whether or not Coquard is available next season, if he is he will be 79SPR and 81ACC aswell
I'm looking forward to see what will happen here, and I hope we will see a few surprises.

It will be really nice to cheer for my young guns for a change. Vesely is quite a strong hope for some decent results, will be a great race.

Gabriel Chavanne with the prologue victory
If I'd managed to get him to level 3 instead of 2 97 last year he'd likely have been the favourite for it, still if he's got good form then he will do a very strong ride, especially as a level 2 rider and he should still show off his potential nicely.
Hopefully the Asian side of my split team can support Shikai well in his bid to win the GC.

Been looking forward to this, even with just 1 of our riders (+1 loaned in) participating as quite a different perspective to anything else in the season. Not expecting much from young Dayer, but would be good to be mentioned in dispatches mind. Kudos to those teams/managers able to field a complete squad from within their own ranks.

My favourite race of the season.
And no just because Zmorka and Grosu are coming as possible stage contenders, but because battle of the upcoming talents is always cool thing.
Zmorka should aim for the prologue and anything bar top3 would be slight disappointment.
Grosu is next to Van der Lijke favourite for rolling stages possibly finishing in a sprint. His goal is two podiums.
We are also happy to welcome G.A. Stancu in our team, coming from Project 1t4i straight to the role of climbing leader, hopefully he can challenge for late top10.
Tanovitchii is ideal attackin g material, so i hope to see him in a break or two.
Good luck to all managers!
Edit: I just noticed there are only 8 rider teams, when we nominated 9 guys? Some teams are even with empty roster spaces and from my 9 Allaphillipe was dropped and Liepins who would be choosen to stay home if we had a choice is in.
No big problem as soon as he got the XP, but i just wonder why it was not brought up earlier, or i just missed that somewhere?

I believe he will not, as he is born in April 1992 and thus miss the cut of riders born 09/1992 and later for next Avenir? Someone correct me if i am wrong.
Grosu with 72hill 79/78 sprinting should be in though.

Oh that is really nice - I like that Grosu guy btw. I hope he can do well this season already - As long as he stays behind Coquard

Come on Meintjes! You're supposed to be on 75Mo, but due to my mistake you missed it by 1 XP
Last year to see him perform here, but looking forward to it. After he's done, I look forward to bringing Ndayisenga as my African leader.

This race is always great! Looking a lot forward to see if any of the riders in our team, be it Norwegians, Danes or the single Aussie can make themselves worth mentioning. Though, admittedly none of them look strong enough to make a difference if the stages develop normally, meaning I hope we'll often see them in breakaways trying their luck.
I'm actually fancying Lecuisinier for the overall win. He's got the obvious advantage of being on home soil, and his acceleration is also better than all 76 climbers. |

Go Siam Cement! Left Carsi and Goldstein at home which might be a mistake looking at the startlist, but Boroš and Altanzul should be able to get in breaks. |

Thanks, but i cant guarantee Grosu staying behind Coquard.
Btw they should be meeting each other in PT next year, as Grosu (and Zmorka too) will need PT loan most likely (if someone will want to help me improve them though).

Yeah I suspect most PT teams are willing to take on loanies that actually helps the team aswell.

Did the teams change between what was posted in the other thread and here? I just noticed that La Lavandier is in a different squad.

I'm sure Grosu will want to be with the other two Romanians, forcing Avin to ignore any other offers.

More riders seem somewhat messed up in startlist, Alapphilipe and Kudus gone missing, several riders out of squads making it 8 people teams..
Hopefully Tsmoha has not whole race finished already. (but for me, Alaph. missing would not be bigger issue).

So that is why you placed Stancu into our Avenir team? Now he will be forcing Grosu to move to Project.
