Team Giant Alpecin reported to have a German licence in 2015, meaning after 4 season withouts German team in PT we'll have one for 2015.

So just one source claiming this now but if the UCI takes that step, then that is just huge.

I head that they've just delayed confirmation of the licence while they continue their investigations, rather than just taking away their licence altogether

Yeah I took it as basically being called before the UCI ethics committee to explain themselves like others have in the past.

Maybe the wrong forum and may have been discussed elsewhere before but here is another story of mass doping cover ups by the Russian government which will no doubt extend to cycling if true. Why aren't Russia just banned from all competitive international sport?

A Dutch source (nu.nl) said that Astana will get to know it on December 10 |

Nothing that much surprising tbh.
Funniest thing is that it was researched by Das Erste/Ard, who don't show cycling since Fuentes 2006 but behave as if all other sports are completely clean broadcasting tennis, soccer, athletics, winter sports etc. |

I watched that documentary two days ago. It was interesting but nothing new really.
We all know that doping is not a problem which comes from the athletes alone.
And we all know that even the international sports associations cover up the doping findings of their most famous athletes.
There was some funny information, like the RUSADA inviting athletes to come over for a doping test.

Not entirely true. UCI rejected Katusha, but they appealed to CAS which won them their licence back.

Honestly IAM does not have the roster to be a WT team.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

Neither did Europcar, and at least IAM has got way better depth than Europcar does.
Frank is a good shot for Top 10 at Tour and Top 5's and podiums at Romandie, Suisse and few others. Reichenbach Top 15/20 at Giro / Vuelta as he should be ever improving. Quite a decent amount of climbing depth behind that. Chavanel for cobbles and stage hunting and Pelucchi, Van Genetechten and Enger for sprints. Not best, but decent squad.
