Not quite on the level of Berlin - Prorace, but not a million miles away. At least this pan flat race almost finished in a bunch sprint for the win.

Those results are just crazy, Manarelli in 12th and Matthews down below 20th (easily could have been 1st & 2nd, yet Guillen finishes 6th.www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/hand-gestures/facepalm-smiley-emoticon.gif

Seriously, don't know what Cyanide were thinking by programming the game so:
1- more often than not only one sprint train forms.
2- 95% of the time the team that forms the sprint train is the team with the sprinter with the best sprint stat (even if the sprinter has bad acc. (rowe) or bad everything else (guillen)).

On paper Aguilar and Araujo, in this race, should be able to form one of the top few trains, perhaps the best on its day, instead they don't even contest the final....

For the sake of helping out the Man Game, I am really glad I just finished some stage races for July, because I doubt I will play this game for a while after this!

This is my archetypal rant on this game, had to let the steam off, and I won't be making another one. Will just take everything with a massive pinch of salt from now on.

Great report, IMO, anyway tsmoha. You must be nearing Roturn's completed races for the season? Wink

Got to say I was expecting better than 69th from Awang, but it was nice to see us in the break and considering we mainly sent a young squad we can at leas be happy with the experience they've gained.

Will take 7th in a long race like this, Guillen would with no doubt finish in the top 5 with a stronger team.
