As for the date of birth, I divided the runners in this way:
those born before 1989 are 18 years old
those born from 1982-1988 have 19 years,
those born between 1981-1975 are 20 years old,
1968-74 ... 21 years
1961-67 ... 22 years
1954-60 ... 23 years
1947-53 ... 24 years
1939-46 ... 25 years
1930-38 ... 26 years
1920-29 ... 27 years
1910-19 ... 28 years
1900-09 ... 29 years
1890-1899 ... 30 years
from before 1889 ... 31 years
while for big today with potential 7 I changed the date of birth.
My all-time db is a database there are some runners invented a new state of imagination and above all there are many stages of fantasy, I downloaded ... |

looks promising so far....but some races do not work...some stats are weird(Tony Martin has 3 World ITT Titles and Wiggins is higher, just as Urlich, Armstrong and a lot more, some ages are not working the way they should...(for example Greipel is 30) and some shirts in the menu are just purple squares(so i think you forgot to upload these...) also...i saw a screenshot, where you played a 130km itt stage in the tour...that variant is missing(would be cool to have it)
To conclude this...a lot of work has to be done, but it looks like a great project, and i will follow it. I hope that it gets better with the time.

I'd use a different formula:
1000-1889 -> 36-37-38-39-40-41-42-43-45 years old
1890-1950 -> 32-33-34-35 years old
1951-1960 -> 31 years old
1961-1970 -> 30 years old
1971-1980 -> 29 years old
1981-1985 -> 28 years old
1986-1990 -> 27 years old
1991-1995 -> 26 years old
1996-1999 -> 25 years old
2000-2004 -> 24 years old
2005-2007 -> 23 years old
2008-2009 -> 22 years old
2010-2014 -> 21 years old
And reserving the younger ages to the regens.

But i've got the same problem as paul23 there are to much purple squares
AND there are to much plouay-plouay where it shouldn't be
