Something like that, I'll explain it step by step:

1) Backup your save, if it crashes you will be able to try to fix it one more time;
2) Remove all the rows linked to Itera-Katusha (ID 78) in DYN_team_races;
3) Remove Itera-Katusha from DYN_Team;
4) Set the contract of Itera from 20XX to 0 in dyn_sponsor.
