Seriously? Do anything for a stupid prize? If there are more like you I might actually consider to exit this 'competition'.
We've had this discussion before: It's ok if you want to win, but the essence is having fun. So now please stop bragging and stuff before this escalates again...

Perhaps superider can be in his own group. He is guaranteed to win then, and that is all he seems to be interested in.
This is not meant to be taken seriously superider so I'd suggest toning down some of your posts, which do come across as arrogant and ultra-competitive.
But also admir and co. Please don't deliberately try to antagonise someone to try to turn this into some sort of 'fight thread'
@Everyone else: It IS meant to be a friendly event, it just happens to be in the form of a competition. Of course the eventual outcome is that somebody will win it, but that doesn't mean a lot of fun can't be had along the way.

It's TTSpecialist, okay?
Yeah, let's not get too pedantic over the rules here, I think this is more of an opportunity for established members to relax and have some fun, especially for those who were stressed about the WC.

The rules to me just read; blahblah don't cheat.
I'm ready for some online fun though.

Reminder to everyone of some of the rules
- It is the Hosts responsibility to create the game correctly and to hand out the game passwords
- Make a simple password and then tell all the players in your group
- This is your responsibility (Advice: Take a screenshot to provide proof if requested)
Hosts it is on you to notify everyone in your group of the game passwords. You have been pretty relaxed about this. On the whole it hasn't been a big problem by using simple and similar passwords each time.
But still you need to make sure every person in your group knows the password. This does not mean telling those who are online, but telling all the members of your group. I won't say it must be via PM but it is the best way to provide proof to me. Proof i can ask for at any time during competition, you have been warned.
Another general point is about game start times. A lot of games have been starting late. Sometimes this is because of crashes and bugs, that's fine, however many rounds are just late. The start times are clearly displayed. Lucky for all of you that i am in every final so will know the exact start time of the games. If you are running late post a message on the forum and then we might delay start for a few minutes.
I'm in all the Track Finals so expect this to tighten up and then stay tight for the Road events.

For 2 finals I will be a little late, contacted both hosts, and they said they would wait. Is this alright?

You almost make it a bad thing to be the host. It's kinda dumb that the host has to PM the password, when we normally run standard passwords like pcmdaily or daily. It's not the host's responsibility to make people show up. |

It is unnecessarily tedious to message everyone. Better to have a standard password, e.g. daily or daily+group number so this process is much easier.

I'm not saying you have to make sure people show up, just that they will be able to join the game as quickly and easily as possible. Assuming people know the simple passwords is dangerous and could lead to problems. Telling your other players in the group just removes potential stumbling blocks. Doesn't have to be via PM but in case of dispute providing proof protects you. The Rule has been here since the start and now it needs some reinforcing.

Because i was sitting around waiting for a password, hence why i asked what the password was on the forum.

You go online on time. Ask the host what the pass is on PCM, and he tells you. Not hard imo.

By messaging everyone individually it prevents random non-championship players from joining the groups.

As a host you can follow the clearly displayed rules. If you can find a way to streamline this for your groups go for it, just as long as every member of that group knows the password.

That doesn't make sense. How would they know the simple password if they weren't on Daily to see the championship?

Because we have a restriction on which PCM.Daily members can take part. We saw that one or two members might not behave in an acceptable way, so rules like this cover against that. Why put out the fire when you can stop it ever starting?
