What a great way to waste race-days! This is definitely some sort of record. No team ever did this bad. All 7 riders finishing in last 19. Just ridiculous.
Just noticed Rogers positioning himself quite far back in the bunch as well. Here's some fear
Hasanovic, by the way, kind of a mystery. Don't know his stats, but I guess I must have missed an early crash. At least he rode like someone, who suffered an injury. Sorry for that lack of information here!

Definitely, as 67 FL and 70TT should've been enough to at least stay in the peloton. PCM Injuries system is quite empty and lame, as someone just drops off the peloton or just stops riding the normal pace once he gets injured. No infromation, no animation.
Hopefully, he'll now try something from a breakaway!

Massive effort from Dockx. Was a bit afraid he was pushing a bit too hard there, as Van Avermaet struggled to follow. But luckily a great result in the end! A good start to the race!

Haha, what is this shit? Sprinting for the intermediate points? Chasing the breakaway like a boss? Making a sprint train with these idiots against a full PCT peloton? I never laughed so hard at my team before
Not to mention some other guys actually following our sprint train. Brilliant stuff!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

what a way to start the race Daniel Silva could get another good result here with a possible top 20 or something now left him to give everything to help Gerdmann or attempt to enter on one breakaway

Nice report and great showing from Ignatiev already, shame about those bonus seconds, but we cant be too greedy, can we?
Beating Greipel in flat stage is enough i think.
Looking forward to 2nd stage, i feel Grosu and Ignatiev can be a strong pair there, if everything goes according to plan.

After a year and a quarter on the PCT and probably over 50 sprint stages, AMEXpc finally gets their act together and does not self-implode and gets a sprint train formed and has success. Maybe there is some small flicker of light at the end of the tunnel.
Great job guys Grillo 2nd, Keough 7th and Kump 8th.
The champagne will flow on the team bus tonight!

Why on earth did my team not chase those 2 clowns!? And why did I have 3 sprinters instead of some sort of a train?!

Haha, I love Viola, yesterday he's trying to set up a sprint train, now he goes attacking in a hilly stage.
And was Peeters sprinting backwards? His position was ok, but then he finishes 53th
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Well, to be fair: in hilly rated stages trains ain't really to be expected
Still a disappointing stage from a "neutral" point of view. Of course congrats to Kappa and Nordeus, but I would have preferred some more action. Guess the second half of the stage was simply too easy (never expected major splits here)... Will be interesting to see if Pagoto manages to hang on in next stage. He won't be much of a real threat for the GC-win unless anything special happens though.

Yeah, he totally lost it Guess he suffered from the climbs and getting this decent position as he sprint kicked off

Haha, peloton fail. I suspect that sometimes the AI just decides to let the break win if the human player doesn't help chasing. Multiple teams not being strong enough to bring those two guys back is not a realistic explanation here.

Ignatiev not stand a chance with being so early at the front, but at least it does mean he is paying attention.
One more AI fail to let the attackers gain time on chasing pack, peloton was probably going backwards for few minutes.

Okay, Hasanovic with a serious injury here. You just can't lose 17 minutes just like that in one stage and with the stats he has.
Almost got the win in C1 race! But hey, should I complain? 2nd place is just great. Even a KoM jersey (which I pray is going to stay in our possesion) as a plus. All of these C1 races aren't completely useless for us!

Another solid stage for AMEXpc. Marko Kump could not quite catch the lead pair, but he out sprinted the rest for 3rd place. Paride Grillo's took over the points lead and sits 2nd in the GC. I expect stage 3 to be another interesting dance between the break and the teams with fast punchuers.
The riders in the stage 3 breakaway will likely determine the outcome of the stage and maybe even the race.
