Just use VPN to change your IP. Lots of free software that does it, and youtube videos to help put.

watching eurosport from 1999 and wasn't a rich tv channel at that time
in summer 1999 when was tour de france all day long cycling replay+live
morining 4 hours easily of previously stage and at lunch directly the entire stage live
they showed live from the warming start before the real start
easily 10 hours a day tour de france
1 sport half a day for 3 weeks
i wonder how was it in 1989 at begining because it was pretty lame as a sport channel in 1999
