Interesting read. I think that some of your opinions are quite influenced by your inexperience in the Man-Game, since you tend to overrate teams with one or two good leaders and no depth, and underrate teams with very good depth and a handful of reasonable leaders. But that's only my perspective though (also if you look at my team you'll find it's the complete antithesis of what I'm saying )
It's always goo to read what other managers think, and I particularly like when someone has a different opinion. So what I mean is: great work
