This will require a decent amount of talks in our business rooms to find out who infiltrated our HQ and decided THAT.

@ cio93: Well, your sponsor only delivers us with sports wear. that should not be a problem for you. I will visit you in your business rooms and then we can talk about that and other things. Okay?

Goals Presentation #4: Oberosterreichrundfahrt
After already having goals for both German C2HC races we are aiming for a Top 5 in Austria. Our team has already shown interest in a few very promising punchy sprinters lately and such riders will be necessary to achieve our goal here. It is a three day stage race with one flat sprint finish, one sprint finish after hard hills near the end and a very open finish on the last and propably hardest stage.

@fjhoekie: Clever guy I would like to have multiple options for such finishes as I would to concentrate on this kind of races. Bole could be one important piece of the puzzle ...

Goals Presentation #5: Unlocated Hill Classic
The last goal had to be a WIN goal for us and as there is no other German C2 or C2HC and we did not wanted to meet many highly motivated teams so we decided to aim big for the still unlocated hill classic which seems to take place in Armenia. This continues or idea of aiming big for the hilly classics and we hope that the route fits our leaders.

I personally always preferred the Track Sprint option for Hansen, if not even the Track TT one.

@cio93: I only calculated one option till now but nothing yet decided there. It was just so that those that don't had him that high on their list can get an impression of what he is going to be. And the Sprinter one was the obvious first option but due to his high PRL & TT stat these two options are very thinkable, too..

I would go for the Track TT one to be honest. But I agree, Track sprint is much more suitable than regular sprint. He won't be a good sprinter anyway.

@SotD: Looked a bit closer into it and it will massively depend on the other talents i will get. I agree that the sprint option fits not as good as the other options. TrackTT would give the option to score himself while Track-Sprint will make him a perfect leadout..

Nice job signing Hansen. The salary just got to the point where he wasn't worth it to me.Great rider, but no way I could one up 150 k. Good luck with him!

@baseballlover312 :
Hansen is great. His wage is a bit too high but i only aim promotion for my second year so it does not hurt too much if his wage is too high this year. Next year i will have a top level 4 rider which could either be loaned out to max out or i have a superb leadout which will destroy every other leadout in CT with a good wage..
