As I see everybody doing it I will do it myself. Credit to the template to viking90 and the other who collaborated.
There aren't any great talents on our team since last year we had to focus on building a team from scratch and this year all the budget and effort was focused on bringing big scorers to survive in the PCT. Next year we might be able to start developing better riders.
These four riders will have to go on loan to PT to complete the development:

The following will be kept (at least) one year more or sold depending on the offer:

Interesting to see that Bartl might be sold, I always had a tiny eye on him.
Of course that really depends on a lot of other factors for now.
We'll talk then...
To be honest, he might be available but for sure I won't make any decision regarding sells until the end of the first week of transfers, at least for him and Abreu. Others can go more easily.
Notes:
Everything went as expected until the dreadful stage 9 where Nazaret crashed when he was 4th and the previous stage winner. At the end he finished 61 what is not a good result.
Notes:
We were aiming for a top 10 and we got a 9th. Happy with the spirit shown by Nazaret that gave all he got inside. A pitty he couldn't follow the selecction of the best.
Notes:
Good tour in overall. Gonzalo was excellent with two 2nd positions in two stages, the 8th overall and also tying in the points jersey that made us accomplish one of the goals of the season. Magno on the other hand disapointed the management with an afwul form that made him finish in a obscure 23rd positions.
Tour of Vancouver
Team: 76 points Magno: 54 points Outstanding results:
9th on the GC classification
Notes:
Bad tour in general terms but the 9th in the overall something to cheer. We missed some action from Nazaret during the stages.
Notes:
Really good performance in the race. A podium is more than we expected and Magno truly delivered.
Tour des Pays de Savoie
Team: 94 points Magno: 92 points Outstanding results:
5th on GC classification
1st on stage 4
Notes:
We are happy with Magno's race in the Alps. One impresive win in stage 4th going hand to hand with the complete dominator of the race, Gianni Brajkovic, and the 5th overall that was the minimum that we were expecting.
Notes:
We went to the Basque Country with the hope at least a top 5. Bad placement and the fact that he didn't choose correctly the attcks to follow made him to finish in the 8th overall.
Notes:
Before the last two stages of the GC we were happy with Magno's performance. Winning the 1st stage and holding the 3rd position before the TT was a really good result. His terrible TT abilities made him drop unilt a still respetable 6th position but the bad placement in the pack in the last stage when a achelon appeared made him finish into an embarassing 16th possition.
Bitter-sour year for Magno. He's been always in the mix but always missed the luck to finish the races in better positions. We appreciate his effort but we feel (by a small margin) he has not archieved the season gols we set for him in the begining of the season that were 10PPRD.
Tough season for Nazaret, but there was some stiff competition in the PCT this season. Also looking two posts above, Movistar is interested in bring Simon and De la Cruz in on loan for next season.
Nice write up ggD, will be doing something similar (in less depth) for my riders at the end of the season.
Nazaret has been a little unlucky this season, but more than made up for by the performances of his South American compatriot co-leader. With these two you have a really strong base for next year as unlike some of the competition, these guys are still in their 20's with many good years ahead of them. One of the more solid seasons overall from the rash of CT promoted teams from last year - good job!
Nazaret was not the biggest star of the season, but still had 100+ more points than Popovych for example, who has -1 in MTN,but much better TT. Nazaret was "saved" by his decent ACC i would think. So it could have been worse for FCB-Polska.

We'll talk for sure

Thanks mate! I'm not much of a writer... I've been about one week to finish this one

Of course it could be worse... Betancourt magnificient performances saved without any doubt our team to be lurking the relegation.
BTW, off the record, the main sponsor will be dropped at the end of the season so I hope you will cheer a little bit more for my team in the future

Hehe, so Barca will be gone and i can cheer for your team?
(btw. i am not sucha Barca hater anymore, as i dont have much time to follow football bar arsenal and they avoided Barca for some seasons now). So now dont take Bayern or Monaco as replacement.
Notes:
Pretty easy 4 stages and in the decisive in Old willunga Hill we tried to be with the best. Good enough performance to win the white jersey and secure a top 10.
Notes:
We benefited from Froome's bad luck. Since he fell the race was a hand to hand between Carlos and Di Maggio. At the end the Italian bagged the race.
Notes:
Van Stayen, Ben Nasser and Ulissi were too strong for us in the race. Carlos could stay with the favs group after the top 3 and sprinted for the 4th (8th total) out of 12.
Notes:
Betancourt failed to keep track of the moves and was relegated out of the group of the best. He only could grab a 14th position.
Tour of Taiwan
Team: 220 points Carlos: 193 points Outstanding results:
1st Youth Jersey classification
1st on stage 5
1st overall classification
1st Team classification
Notes:
Incredible result from Carlos. He was very consistent through the tour. After getting the win in the 5th stage the team worked really well to support him. Froome almost steal the race in stage 6th after an incredible last moment attack that cracked all riders.
Notes:
Nice 4th place for Carlos. A group of 8 arrived at the end with chances and after the sprint we could end at the middle of the group of the best.
Notes:
Carlos was very tired at the end of the race and missed the decesive move. He tried to made it up but at the end he could just take home a respectalbe 10th position.
Notes:
Betancourt had the mission to try to grab stages wins and the maybe the leader jersey until the 9th stage, the mountainous and decisive stage. Ironicly, Carlos did nothing in the race until that stage with a BA attack with the Euskaltel Infantino. At the end we could secure a suprising youth jersey along with a respetable 11th.
Notes:
Great control of the race from a cold headded Betancourt. He was really confident about his sprinting, entering 4 at the last km and with some meters away from Monfort who finished second. Nice victory!
Notes:
We were looking forward for this race since we thought it could be the best suited for Carlos to shine. Froome was really brave to attack far from the line with Monfort. Carlos emptied himself to reach both of them but at the end. He catched Monfort but Weening benefited from his job and took the 2nd position. The other companion of the persiovants group was Gautier who finished just out of the podium.
1st Youth Jersey classification
1st Overall
1st Team classification
Notes:
The race was really quiet for Carlos until the last day that incredibly he could enter in the BOD with Skujins and 6 more riders. The two stronger riders attack at about 40 km from the line getting almost two minutes of advantage. At 5km to the finish Betancourt attacked and gained the necessary margin to win the stage to Skujins and incredibly the Tour.
Notes:
Carlos ended the year with another excellent result. He stayed in the favs group and just Di Maggio, Bobridge and Monfort better sprint could beat the Colombian.
There aren't much more I can say from this young rider. He's been the light that guided the team all year long and we hope he will do it the years to come. Thanks Carlos for the the year you deserve a long and nice holidays
Obviously Betancourt had a brilliant season. At least much better as in real.
One of the best 79 hill riders I think. Quite surprising to be honest as the 73mo are his only very good backup stats. Neither has the sprint of Ben Nasser or a good time trial.
Best puncheur in the whole division What a season for Carlos. Froomey only scored 761 points, but well, there was few crashes and moronic riding involved, but that shows how good Carlos was! And Taiwan was a great battle between them. Really enjoyed that.
Hopefully he repeats these performances next year for you!

That was some quick recalculating there Alak
But wow Betancourt was awesome. I thought the E620k wage was overdoing it but apparently not. Renewals are going to kill him though
I loooked at the wrong season update
Well I wouldn't say so, Hoffman last year was perfect example of overperformance but his wage didn't go up that much at all, so it won't be that bad imo for him, especially as he was already offer priced on the FA market. I mean Froome is on 300k after same season as he did this year and that's circa 700 points.
Betancourt would be mad to go up the wage imo
