No that was a UV light on blood treatment which was banned after he used it.

Lodewyck & Burghardt received a fine for training on the road instead of the bike path.

Gazzetta makes bombastic statements like that all the time. They're just guesses. Sometimes it ends up becoming true a while later, the vast majority of times it's completely made up.

sometimes I wonder why cyclist are one of the most hated people in traffic, and then I think of the people that assume everybody on the road is a proffesional and overtakes as close as they can

Being a cyclist surely isn't easy. Cars are mostly mad at you, so are pedastrians...
Hope we can work at a safer future for all cyclists, because with all the accidants happening... There should be safer roads for cyclist to enjoy a ride or for pros to train. |

If there's a bike path, you need to use it as a cyclist. It's not because you're a professional cyclist you don't have to obey the traffic rules. |

They should agree.
During the Tour they were even talking to Antoine Vayer for few hours as well trying to clear things up etc.

Yeah, but according to Vayer they kept repeating stuff such as "things have changed now", "you have to believe us".
Vayer wants to know, not believe, and he couldn't know. He was left with the propaganda, and figures (Watts) he can't (naturally) explain from Froome & co. |
