More Riders For In-n-Out p/b Auchan
This morning the team announced that we've has picked up a few more riders
The first was free agent team mate Nicolas Rousseau. Rousseau should be a great helper for the team in timetrails and in the sprint trains.
The DS seemed very happy with this next signing of Cyril Lemoine. "He might be our most valuable rider this year because of his sprinting and cobbling abillities" Lemoine might not be the best sprinter in the peleton, but if a break away goes the distance with him in it, count on him winning in a sprint.
The next signing was american do-it-all Phillip Gaimon. Gaimon should be extreamly important to the team in short tours as he can climb hills and mountains well. He also has a nice finishing sprint and he won't loose much time on TTs. Gaimon, however has been in some transfer rumors since he signed on to the team, so there is a posibility that he wont be on the team at the beginning of the season.
But after that, it was back to the frenchmen as we announced the signing of Christophe Kern. Kern is a very good climber and is very experienced. He should contribute to some great results for the team
We were also able to snatch up American tour specialist Chris Barton. Barton is a very good time-trailer and is a very solid climber. At 100k he may be a bit over payed, but as we said in our press conferance, "Better to over pay then not get him"
Stats:
Last name | FL | MT | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | Country | Gaimon | 71 | 72 | 75 | 69 | 75 | 72 | 71 | 50 | 67 | 74 | 75 | 61 | 69 | USA | Kern | 70 | 74 | 71 | 64 | 71 | 67 | 72 | 62 | 60 | 64 | 68 | 61 | 64 | FRA | Barton | 65 | 73 | 65 | 75 | 71 | 73 | 73 | 61 | 59 | 66 | 68 | 74 | 75 | USA | Lemoine | 73 | 58 | 63 | 73 | 70 | 68 | 66 | 70 | 74 | 75 | 65 | 64 | 73 | FRA | Rousseau | 72 | 53 | 63 | 73 | 71 | 68 | 72 | 57 | 63 | 75 | 66 | 64 | 73 | FRA |

Robert Sweeting Agrees to contract w/ IOA
American Sprinter Robert Sweeting has agreed to a contract with In-n-out p/b auchan for 140k
Sweeting is a fantastic addition to the team as he can go over hills quite well for a sprinter and will be valuable in those races with hills but a flat finish.
Stats:
Last name | FL | MT | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | Country | Sweeting | 73 | 53 | 70 | 60 | 72 | 69 | 75 | 58 | 76 | 75 | 63 | 60 | 67 | USA |

Great that you turned around from accidentally spending too much. Those 50k French riders certainly helped you snatch up the more expensive American riders. Look forward to competing with you.

I think he means originally when you went over the cap in bids.

Tensions Rising between Barton and Team
Only two days after signing with In-n-out p/b Auchan, Chris Barton has decided that his commitment with the american/french team may have been a mistake after getting into an arguement with management about training.
We said this when asked about it, "it's a shame that we may have to part with him, he really blew-up the other day and that's not okay for a rider on my team"
Barton refused to comment but said "It's nothing"
Meanwhile the team has decided to try to transfer or loan Barton to another team.

Barton is already a very good rider, he probably doesn't want to train!

Auchan gets more money in Loan
Compal-Merida has agreed to send 50k to In-n-Out Racing Powered by Auchan so that they can take Tesfay Abraha on Loan. In-n-Out has to give Abraha at least 20 race days this season.
This is the second time this transfer season the team has made a Loan deal to get some more money while taking another rider (Dries Beatse from Bouygues Telecom).
Abraha is stilll quite young at the age of 24 and maybe this change of scenery for a year could help him.
Stats:
Last name | FL | MT | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | Country | Abraha | 66 | 56 | 63 | 61 | 64 | 67 | 63 | 69 | 68 | 69 | 66 | 68 | 61

In-n-Out Parts Ways With Barton
Less then a day after the team announced they would be parting way with Barton, they found a buyer in team Jaguar-Eritel
However, this deal is not permenant as Barton will go to Jaguar-Eritel for one year on loan.
In-n-Out will pay half of his 100k contract while Jaguar will pay the other half and give In-n-Out 140k.
our DS said this on the deal: "I'm happy we got it all figured out while still being able to hold on to Chris next year, I wish him the best of luck"

Nice doing business with you. Perfect timing for you to advertise him really, I'd just decided I need a bit more TTT strength, and Barton will be very helpful there.

Venezuelan Climber added to The Team
32 year-old climber from Venezuelan has signed on to team In-n-Out p/b Auchan. Juan Murillo agreed to a contract with the team this morning worth 95k.
Murillo is a fantastic climber at the CT level and is a very similar rider to Julian Rodas but is a bit better on hilly terrain and can't time trail as well as Rodas
Stats:
Last name | FL | MT | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | Country | Murillo | 67 | 76 | 73 | 62 | 68 | 68 | 72 | 51 | 64 | 69 | 68 | 70 | 62

Signing of Canadian Confirmed
we've annouced the transfer of the 25 year old Canadian Fighter Antoine Matteau today. Matteau came from Magna-Ryanair for 10k and will be payed 50k this season.
In-n-Out and Auchan were both very happy with this signing as it he is the first candian rider on the squad, and both of the sponsors have a little interest in Canada.
Stats:
Last name | FL | MT | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | Country | Matteau | 72 | 60 | 68 | 72 | 70 | 68 | 71 | 54 | 63 | 68 | 79 | 60 | 74

Announces Last Two Riders
Today, we announced the signing of the last two riders that will race in In-n-Out Racing p/b Auchan Jersey.
The First was the 27 years old American Vincent Butts. Butts was a surprising signing for the team as he is not exactly a very strong rider. When asked about this we responded by saying, "I think he could develop into a very solid helper"
The next rider was Alexandre Aulas who was bought from Simply Red Bull. Aulas might be the best downhiller at the CT level. He can also Cobble quite well and can sprint a bit too. Aulas is going to be payed 60k and was bought for 70k.
Last name | FL | MT | HL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FTR | DH | PRL | Country | Aulas | 73 | 55 | 67 | 61 | 75 | 67 | 69 | 73 | 74 | 72 | 63 | 80 | 61 | | Butts | 65 | 51 | 54 | 55 | 60 | 60 | 60 | 52 | 72 | 67 | 58 | 77 | 55
