ARRIVING AT TRAINING CAMP
Like most of the teams we selected australia for a training camp after Tour Down Under...
I have the same room with De Marchi , I talked a lot with him, then we have ready for a nice sleep...
Next day after we ate our breakfasts , we have taken our bikes and off the road....
detailed training camp comes tomorrow

Training Camp :
 Melbourne to Sidney
Day 1
Wasn't easy for us maybe hills on the road and rode 250 kilometers in a day!
Day 2
Easier than the first day rode 200 kms but all flat.
Day 3
Hardest day on training camp it was 150 kilometers but it includes very high persentages... Some came up to the hotel 2 minutes late...
Day 4 125 km's quite hilly but not much... Easy for the team..
Day 5 Last day on the traaining camp as we arrived to the sidney , roda 800 kms in 5 days... (125 km today rode)
Next Race :  Tirreni Adriatico

6 March 2013 — San Vincenzo to Donoratico, 16.9 km team time trial (TTT)
The opening stage team time trial was contested over the same 16.9 km parcours that the 2012 edition of the race started with.
Passed 10'' from BMC but learned that sky take the lead 21'' from BMC

TIRRENO ADRIATICO
Stage 2
7 March 2013 — San Vincenzo to Indicatore, 232 km
With an itinerary of 232 km the first mass-start stage of Tirreno–Adriatico was also the longest stage of the 2013 edition of the race. However, this did not stop the stage being set up for the sprinters benefit. There were two categorised climbs in the first half of the stage, at the Massa Marittima and the Cantoniera Montebello respectively, but after descending from the latter climb, the rest of the parcours was relatively flat before entering Indicatore for the first time. From then on, five laps of a 12.4 km finishing circuit were to be completed,with bonus time on offer at intermediate sprint points on the second and fourth passes of the finish line..
Today's breakaway were not enough strong the gap holds 2'00 for 100 kilometers
But the peloton increases his speed and got the break in! Peloton is preparing for a mass sprint
Here we go on the sprint!
It was a close sprint between to differnet sides M. Cavendish and A.Kristoff but the Photofinish says it is CAVENDISH ! Also we learned that Tom Danielson was effected by the wind and came 3'26 back from peloton...
I was gone too early and be 5th!

8 March 2013 — Indicatore to Narni Scalo, 190 km
For the second stage running, the stage was set up for sprinters, with only one categorised climb during the 190 km parcours. The climb itself – situated in the town of Todi – was short and steep, averaging 12.2% over 1.5 km of climbing. The remaining 70 km of the stage after the climb, were undulating around Narni and Narni Scalo. After a 22 km circuit towards the finish, the riders completed a final loop of 7.6 km before reaching the finish
Game over for the breakaway. kms left sprinters are positioning them for the sprint!
3kms left! I wasn't at a top place I looked for a way to go but there wasn't any...
600m left! It took me 2 kilometer to fina a empty place and then I started sprinting so fast that my brain hurts but I can see that there weren't any gap...
Another close finish but after 1-2 seconds I saw my name on the screen and put my hand up 4 seconds later. It was a great win for me in my top condition and our team was happy to get a stage win in Italy..
