I am not sure if that's going to work, but you just need to organize yourself, make a thread, explain what you're making and that's it. Quality of thread and written part will decise if that thing is going to make it to Weekly News , which are going to help alot with getting new guys playing.
To be honest, i don't think there are enough guys to play that league , but it would be great if you get all job done and start it.

Well, it's about content of that text and mostly about the idea, not about your popularity or anything else. I am talking that, because i know what you're talking about. Some guys just don't want to follow some of my threads because of my, to say the least, interesting past.
So just head up and make that thread, at the end this is only internet forum and even if your idea fails, you can always come up with something cool, again.
I am not able to help you at the moment, since i am too busy with school and my story, so i just don't have time to organize anything else than these 2 now. I'm sorry.
