Quite some goals he has there, and far stretched through the season. This should put him into constant action of gaining form and winning races. I like it. I'd imagine Podium at Amstel Gold Race and Top 10 at Tour de France could become tricky. Good luck!

I see his biggest goal come true
Or actually, isn't the Tour of Poland at the same time as the Tour? |

Thanks for commenting guys. Yes, it will be hard to get all of these goals , but setting high targets can only push you more to achieve them.
Will be especially hard to get win in Tour de Pologne and Top10 in Le Tour, but it is very possible with this team around me. |

Hey guys. It's Michał again. What's up? I just finished training camp, so i decided to share some infos/photos with you.
- Training camp details
Location: | Pyrenees | Date | 07.01 - 10.01 | Weather | Sunny / 13°C |
Day 1
Well, we just arrived in Spain. Whole team is here. Our todays plan is to take calm ride with few periods of a bit harder relay. Should be easy and clear.
And it actually passed clear. We streched our legs and i am feeling great at the start of this season.
Day 2
At second day of our training, we faced first mountains. Actually, they're more hills, but okay. Few attacks from my teammates, but i stayed calm.
Was on tempo most of time, showed who is the boss.
Day 3
And final day of our short-training camp was there. Though day, probably most difficult one of these 3. Long mountain training. And guess what? I attacked.
And it actually worked, since i passed first throught provisional finish. Felt a bit tired, but nothing serious. Afternoon lunch is going to repair damages.
---
That's it from Spain. Seasons start is getting closer. Be prepared.
See ya soon, Michał

Thanks guys.
And , that's not Lampre's bike. It's actually Michał's , but one for training.
Spoiler It's Orica GreenEdges bike. I edited database so all teams had OPQS jersey , so it looked like all 30 riders from our team were on that Training Camp |

I was wondering how you had more than 9 guys.
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Thanks Ian. Well 547984, it was not like i expected (these different bikes/helmets and some NC jerseys) but is still nice "effect".
Also , i am searching for someone to do me banner for this story. I can't run photoshop at the moment (and won't be able in next few months) so i would really apperciate if someone can do it. 500x100 would be perfect dimensions.
Expect first race very soon. |

Tour Santos Down Under
Openning World Tour race , as every season takes part in Australia. 6 stages and only one winner. Last years winner , Simon Gerrans is not taking part in this years edition, so we'll definitely have new winner of TDU. Here are list of top favourites for getting GC at the end of 6 stages:
Name | Team | Michał Kwiatkowski | OPQS | Diego Ulissi | Lampre | L.P. Nordhaug | Belkin | Jan Bakelants | RadioShack | Cameron Meyer | Orica |
Honestly, i was surprised when i saw my name at the top of the favourites list. Big pressure on me, but i think i can hold it. Will definitely go for win there.
6 hard stages, with only one having mountain/hilly finish. It's very well known Old Wilunga Hill , which is part of TDU every year. I really like it, since it's short but steep and i can show what i have there. Here are profiles of all stages:
---
That's all for now. I have to sleep well tonight. Good night.
See ya soon, Michał

Looks really nice so far, nice change to see an already established rider in a one-rider-story. Good luck Down Under.

cunego59 - Thanks so much. Yeah, i had this story as plan for long time, but when i saw reborn of Puccio and start of Caleb's blog i had no doubt to start it. And, well i think that i'll have more motivation with a bit "better" guy.
sutty68 - Tbh, that's not my target. I'll aim for GC win , and stage wins can only be additions. |

Tour Santos Down Under - Stage 1
First stage of this years TDU is in front of us. It's flat stage, that will most probably finish in mass sprint , but these hills are always dangereous. I will be part of train for Gianni Meersman, that's our plan.
So, wish me luck. We're starting!
---
Here i am , on the start of my first stage in 2013. I have to admit that i am feeling pretty good at the moment.
Right after start, our whole team moved to top of group, to secure position. After short conversation, Matin Velits (OPQS) attacked. Few guys tried to follow him, but unsucessfully. He'll be the only guy in breakaway today. No relaying, yey.
Flat stage and nothing important to add. Few teams were chasing at front of peloton. It was clear that Velits' attack won't succeed , but at least he got some KoM points. Enough for KoM jersey , for next day.
Anyway, after 100 kms spent in chasing and relaying , Orica/BMC duo finally got Velits. But that's not all from OPQS! Right after he passed Velits, Terpstra (OPQS) attacked! Damn, Nicki looks strong!
I stood up from seat to see how's Nicki going, and i didn't notice that few meters in front of me, few guys crashed. In a second, i was on asphalt. Daaaaamn! Worst season opening in history, i guess...
No time for crying. I have to move on. I have to reduce gap.
About kilometer in front of me, guys already started sprinting. Since i fell , Keisse - Kwiatkowski - Meersman train broke. Terpstra was still at front, that guy's crazy. Sprint started and all of our riders started sprint aswell. Terpstra hold lead and right before finish line , he got passed.
As expected Impey won.
Both Keisse and Terpstra were at front of group. About 2 minutes later, i passed above finish line. Disappointing result...
Anyway, let's check results board, to see what my teammates did.
---
1 | Daryl Impey | Orica - GreenEdge | 3h08'42 | 2 | Anthony Roux | FDJ.fr | s.t. | 3 | Niki Terpstra | OPQS | s.t. | 4 | Pim Ligthart | Vacansoleil - DCM | s.t. | 5 | Iljo Keisse | OPQS | s.t. | 6 | Allan Davis | Orica - GreenEdge | s.t. | 7 | José JoaquÃn Rojas | Movistar Team | s.t. | 8 | Francisco José Ventoso | Movistar Team | s.t. | 9 | Brett Lancaster | Orica - GreenEdge | s.t. | 10 | Ramunas Navardauskas | Garmin - Sharp | s.t. | ... | 111 | MichaÅ‚ Kwiatkowski | OPQS | + 2'39 |
No serious injuries for me. Few bruises and that's all. Could've been much worser.
