Impressive job by Santos to hang on and good work by his team.
Also, that attack by Rodas was awesome.
Congrats to both!
I'm slightly disappointed that Furdi was so passive. But he makes up for it with a great sprint I guess. Same for Nardin. Thanks to most sprinters dropping they have solid places in GC now.
Good report FD. Shame you had to do it again.

Santos seems like he could pull a Hoffman here.

Good report, and nice to see Prio-Porto and Gustavovskiy be successful. I'm fancying Santos to make it four in the final stage. That would be quite something from the Portuguese. |

Brunos Santos impressed me. And Damrow got a top 10 result... I call shenanigans on that one!

Thanks for the congratulatory words guys. This sort of domination is kinda scary, it's hard to believe how lucky I've been here. Great job by Santos. As Avin predicted, he has been Hoffmanizing this event. Hope he brings home the bacon tomorrow.
But seriously I think we all could use a new entry in the winners list forn the last stage

Can someone explain how Chicci finishes 37th, but Bucciero is 14th? Especially when Chicchi is being lead out with 1800m to go.... Just want the season to end so i can clear some deadweight

That's weird... I'm pretty sure Chicchi was the man being lead out, but it may have been just a presumption. Could well have been Bucciero (though that would have been very weird). |

Yeah, as Bucciero is not exactly a sprinter... But it's PCM and you never know
Also two of the pic's in that report are identical (the ones just before the main sprint action)

And Gazelle strike again. This time claiming Rodas's 3rd place on GC Anyway, Nardin had to win a stage in his home race and congrats to Prio as well

Haha, just when I thought Nardin was going to produce his first slightly disappointing tour of the season, he does this!
Amazing rider.
Overall I'm content with the results in this tour.
Thx for the reports, FD.

Congratulations to Bruno Santos and the Prio-Porto team.
For us this race has been better than expected with the agressive riding by Grau getting the polka dot jersey and some nice results on the stages by Lequatre. It's a shame he went too early in the sprints but maybe it was the only way.
Thanks FroomeDog99 for all the reports!
