Actually, I wasn't thinking about sending them to same race. Yes, you're right, Kwiatkowski is capable of doing better work on Tirreno, but remember - it wasn't my goal, TOP10 GC, was countered by Ollafardh.
I was more thinking about Velits as leader for Tirreno, because in PCM he's always weirdly good.
If I split them it's much better, but for me, and my goals atm is better to use Chava more as super-domestique, than leader...

As we have full squad of 30 riders, we'll just watch other teams on the free agents market.

Movistar - Possible, but would have thought TA as a better choice

OPQ - WTF? Seriously! Chavanel only hope, and a Top3 is only real if you play as him
Sky - Should have been a Win
Belkin - Reasonable
Saxo - Not when combined with TA
Lotto - TA will be a weak squad
Garmin - Over ambitious
Cofidis - Perfect
Argos - Alright
FDJ - What do you expect for the top French team
Cannondale - Guess where Sagan is going
Euskaltel - Good
AG2R - Tough one, but French so ok
Was a countered goal, so was initially aiming for TA, but only need a top 10 there. Hopefully splitting some combination of Contador, Kreuziger, Majka and Roche between the two will yield results
Anyway, should be an interesting race.

Well, P-N was a countered goal. I originally wanted to send a very week squad including riders like madrazo, erviti, teruel or ospina + intxausti as leader. I have to overthink that now. Perhaps Valverde is looking up there...
T-A is also a goal for me. I have to win the youth jersey. Guess who i will send there |

Was a countered goal, at the moment it looks like Talansky and Martin to P-N and Hesjedal to Tirreno. Still undecided though.

It was said, that our team is full and confident with squad, but there are rumours, that Iljo Keisse won't be longer with the team. There is possibility, that 30-year old Belgian will move to our track team and leave one place in our squad empty! In that case we will look for some young talent mainly for spring classics and to strenghten our TTT squad. Stay tuned!

Since there were rumours of Iljo Keisse aiming the switch from road to track, we are in chase of two promising youngsters - Jaxton McNutt and Alex Fisher. Both look very promising and we will be very happy if they would join us. If you'll count our riders under contract, you will get the number 31. As we can only have 30 riders, there is a must of one more rider departing. We are still undecided, but the one who is closest to the deprature is Kevin De Weert.

Jaxton McNutt has decided to sign with the team. He looks forward to working for the leaders and learning to become a better all-around rider.

Meh, just saw Knockout's post about the Paris - Nice goals. Dammit, the stage-win goal of Europcar(stage-win) won't be easy at all. Fast, everyone move to Tirreno!, pretty please?

We want to wish all the best to Iljo Keisse on his track career. If there will be possibility of his return to road career, he can always come to us. Actually we aren't saying goodbye in the real way, because he's just switching to our new track project.
On the other side, we want to greet our new signing - Jaxton McNutt. We hope this will be long and succesful cooperation. He's a second American in our history after Levi Leipheimer and we hope he'll do much better than him and "keep the star-spangled banner high".
Also we have bad news - Alex Fischer, astonishing youngster for Denmark already signed for different team. We failed there really bad, but we are going to monitor his progress between the pro's and we'll keep in touch.

We are thrilled by signing Niels de Vries!!! This TOP Dutch talent has a great future ahead of him and we are glad, that he can join us.
On the other hand, someone has to left us. There were rumours, that Kevin De Weert is leaving us, but these news weren't true. It's Martin Velits levaing us! We wish him a good luck in his career and will remember him as brilliant domestique.

OPQS official Tour Down Under startlist
First race of season is behind the doors and we are in difficult position. As we are unsure with riders form at the moment, we were persuaded to do there our best. Actually we are targeting the podium of this race. In that case our squad look like this:
Sylvain Chavanel
Gianni Meersman
Dries Devenyns
Serge Pauwels
Jerome Pineau
Andrew Fenn
Michal Golas

Schedule for Niels de Vries
Niels is very young and promising rider. He's showing great on the training camp, but we don't want to overhaul him at the start of the season. His time will come soon.
Milan-San Remo
Volta a Catalunya
Schedule for Jaxton McNutt
Jaxton is a strong cobble and TT rider, so we decided to put him into the most of the cobble classics. He'll be also useful in TTT, so that's why we changed Tirreno-Adriatico for Paris-Nice.
Omloop Het Nieuwsblad
Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne
Tirreno-Adriatico
E3 Harelbeke
Dwars Door Vlaanderen
Driedaagse De Panne - Koksijde

Finally, the season started for us in Australia, but we found out one positive and one negative thing about this start. As you all know, we were persuaded by new UCI president to aim for a result on TDU. We worked really hard to achieve podium, but now our chances are almost lost, as our leader Sylvain Chavanel crashed badly in final kilometers of first stage. Now he's luckily not badly injured, but have some scratches and wounds plus he lost more than 3mins. We hope his recovery will be fast and he will try to scope some stage win.
On the other hand - Gianni Meersman made a great sprint, outsprinting Michael Matthews for 4th place. It's not the podium, but still very good result. At the moment he's becoming our biggest hope for the GC, so good luck Gianni!
First stage finish line.

After nice 5th place from Sylvain Chavanel we achieved another great result.
Even though Jelle Vanendert from Lotto had quite a good gap into the last km, pack caught him and the mass sprint was won by our top sprinter there - Gianni Meersman!!! This result made us really happy and we are still looking for podium in GC, cause Gianni is 2nd at this moment and also he is quite good in hills, which will be crucial.
Gianni's fabulous moment

Grats on the win! Meersman is a very underestimated rider, wouldn't be surprised if he hangs on at Willunga Hill
