Only problem is you can't set the wind and change your race as hilly, mountain or flat stage

Which could be quite dramatic. As far as I know there are all set to "50" wind, so gameplay should be really shitty with that, especially in the mountains.

Haven't experienced anything like that with those 2012 stages.

Do you know where I can find how to set wind and if my stage is hilly and this stuff?
I already know some of them but I want to be sure
If it works like PCM 10 I find it

I just tested a PCM12 stage on the new game, Picked a stage from the USA pro race in Colorado, Opened it three times and the wind was 38, 13 and 4.
I then opened a race from the Tour of California from a PCM12 version and the wind was 7.
I am not saying there are no problems with using last years races but unless it's a bug with certain stages I don't see the wind problem |

Hi guys
next week I'm on a business/holiday trip
So I can't update the list, but if you finished a race or start a new project, please inform me here!
When I'm back I will update the list and will also add the WCs and NCs.
Have a nice week! |

Greetings Cycling fans!
Long time reader, first time poster.
This thread was exactly what I was looking for. A bunch of new stages for the TDF is very welcome indeed!
I just want to compliment those of you who have worked hard to replicate the real stages. Good work and thanks!
I'm gonna try to download and install them now. Looking forward to it
Cheers!
Edit:
Maybe a stupid question ,but I notice some races require podiums to be downloaded as well. Does these have their own folder, or do they go in the same forlder as the respective stage?

waning: noob on the loose. For more stupid questions need answering; look no further
I've just downloaded a whole bunch of the stages in this thread.
Now, i just extracted them in the CM_Stages folder.
Will this be recognized by the game in some way, or will I have to import them to the DB somehow, and if so how?
Are the podiums necessary to run these stages?
again, thanks peeps.

As soon the races are placed in CM_Stages and they named correctly (which should be the case) the game will automatically recognize them. You can simply check this in single stages or classics menu while checking through the variants.
I don't know if particular podium files are necessary. It depends on the stagemaker, if he uses special podiums then yes. You will quickly notice this, because if you play a stage which has a special podium you don't have, the game will crash.

that's what I feared
Looking forward to try the new stages then. I downloaded almost all of them.
