Froome is too unrealistic since Britain team is built around him.
Nibali is too unrealistic since whole team (Kazahstan's and Italians) is built around him.
Quintana is too unrealistic to lead the team that young.
Porte or Kreuziger , but i recommend Kreuziger. Nice layout so far.

Mistakes are corrected!
I'm starting in the ProTour and I won't change the teams or something. I just modified some values of the riders and the year itself to 2014 using the PCMDailyDB as basic one.
