Have too search for the interview with el tiburon but he said he is interested in testing himself in the hard hily stages for the WC so maybe stage wins to prepare him in a bid to win WC dont think he will go for GC.

Kangert might be given a free role by Astana if he rides. |

Will not be surprised if they give him or Braj ( if healed and in full fitness) The GC duties.

Indeed, because he was suspended. Now he's been offered a contract for the rest of the season:

Heavily depends on the riders who attend, but as far as I know, there are 11 (!!) MTFs. Could be pretty epic, allthough i doubt it will be better than last year's edition.
If Valverde, Rodriguez and Nibali attend, this will be great no matter much. I think Betancur pulls af Quintana and finishes 2nd |

Delahaije (Belkin trainer) said that it would be good for Mollema if he rides the Vuelta to get stronger. So he might participate.
Ten Dam wanted to participate, but not sure if he will after being so tired at the end of the Tour.
Kruijswijk will normally participate as well, and LLS |

Where have you heard that Rodriguez wont be there?
Belgian commentator (Michel Wuyts) said so during today's stage.
I'm trying to find a more thrust-worthy source.
I heard Purito is coming to Vuelta for stage wins, not GC.
Here we go https://velonews.c...lta_296177
Purito will be present at Vuelta. |

Much likier to see Henao and Betancur stole the limelight though. Two Spaniards will feel effect of riding Tour at Vuelta, while Nibali may not be fully committed with Worlds being the main target.

Henao will win GC and Sky doping/thread will explode again.
Final GC:
1.Henao
2.Purito
3.Valverde
4.Nibali
5.Betancur
Also Basso will win Peyragudes stage and will finish somewhere between 5-10th.

Alain Gallopin (director) said Andy won't ride the Vuelta because he's "gone too far."
