The stage was actually quite a bit harder than the profile made it look. Several short climbs that probably hurt pure timetriallists like Ford and Olman. Would also explain why Peraud did so well. Wink

What a terrible choice to send Marchante here, and not zabriskie... oh well, Roche did well in ZLM. Thanks for the reports Smile

Popkov continues great season run of top10s in strong competition. His 8th in overall is very good.

And Grosu showed already his potential with his incredible performances. So very good outcome for Metinvest in Slovenia.

The timetrial was always going to prevent us from a good GC, but obviously I expected more from our hilly guys here. The hilly stage not being selective at all didn't help though. At least a good race for Bole, who is performing quite well in general this season.
