Give or take a bit of "Valve Time" depending on how many other releases there are to push buttons for release should occur around 10am Pacific Time, as standard per most Steam releases. Roughly 7 hours to go for most (if not all countries) now (on Steam), and hopefully a smoother experience then other have experienced through Focus' store front on Gamesplanet.
So the time ticker is on track so far.

If it says +/- Xh from now, my guess is you take the hour (without minutes) and add Xh to that.
E.g.: It's 12:47 where I live. Steam says the game will be available in approximate 7h from now.
So the game will be available around 19h (7pm).
I tested this. At 10h55 it said 9h, 10min later (11h05) it said 8h.
So it's probably 6h10' from now. (It's 12:50 by now.)

As of 0:00gmt last night, my steam said 18 hours, so that will make it 18:00gmt when it be available.

Mine also unlocks tonight. Have you also been unable to download the entire game in advance? The thing Steam downloads now is only 107MB.
So when it unlocks I'm probably in for a long download.

being in England, and running on GMT I can confirm that it's telling me 6PM, so it should be whatever time 6PM GMT is in your timezone.

I have been the same. Downloaded the initial steam info and start details for about 107mb.
guessing that the main download (~10gb) will be at 18.00gmt... I will update in 25 mins when I am home from work

I actually ordered it few minutes ago. Don't know what's problem for ya guys. Might be that you pre-ordered it,and i ordered it,but it's quite stupid reason. Who knows.
