Ditto!
Is top 50 in a flat stage to much to ask for of Lo Cicero? |

Between him, Napolitano and Arroyo, surely. |

Great, great start to the race in Czech Republic, Popkov is coming back after two months break and he seems in a great form. I hope he will surprise some of the greatest favourites and will finish in top 10 overall in such a field.
He collected some bonus seconds already, he is a good sprinter, now hold with the pack tommorow and distance some of the greatest TTists is the goal.

Nah, don't be too harsh with him. There was an uphill section during the stage. I'm just glad he finished within the time limit |

This sucks pretty badly.
The stage delivered though, absolute carnage.
I'm off now to cry in a corner . Really needed this race to be a big point scorer.

That was an awesome stage, but what a win for Meiji.
As for GC, Boom and Roy favourites now? Given the TT quality of the pure puncheurs, Kono could be set for a top 3, top 5 a must though.

What a fantastic stage from Popkov, to hold at least in the second puncher group. He is now strongly settled for top 10 GC in the end, bar some diaster, like that one that Reus suffered, i feel sorry for UPC.
Great solo win from Zaini, shame he is terrible TTist (well good for us).
Very nice reporting, the stage was very eventful!

Great ride by Zaini. Maar did good considering his limited punchy skills, Top 15 would be excellent for him in such race, and it's maybe possible so a nice for us so far. Goos did well in the break.
Reus pretty unlucky has to be said.. Rogers well it was coming after yesterday.

It really was a tough hilly stage that one, a true monster evidenced by the amount of rider eliminations.
Zaini takes a bit of an epic victory there, far too good of a punchaer to be allowed that amount of room but this can happen in stage races with a TT.
One by one the chrono men dropped off, Rogers was completely crap there - he really is having a horrible season. Zabriskie not a sure winner but at least he is there, and should be close to at least a podium after the chrono.

He was only a minute ahead with 25km to go. So saying he won because the peloton gave him too much room is a bit of a disservice!

He has 81 downhill so I guess that's why they never could close the gap.

Boom with a very good day and also Bellis with a nice effort, even though I had hoped to win thsi stage.
Good to gain time on Gerdemann, Zabriskie and Cornu on a normal way.
Not that good to see Reus falling to lose time though.
Tough day for some teams with the DNF.
Probably not ideal that Cucinotta wasn`t DNF as well.
Otherwise Bellis could have taken some bonus seconds maybe.

Should be happy that's an ITT and not a TTT
Wang did okay here, but rather depressing to see Tamayo Martinez fall off the peloton that early in the stage. We'll just have to hope that Wang sticks to his top 30 in GC. A point is a point |

25 minutes, not bad, mr Rogers..
At least Visconti may be able to grab some GC-points, if Rogers won't be dropped in the flat stages and all my team drops back to support him. W Ford does what he does best,at least.
Still, kinda shit this.

Although we lost 4 guys it shouldn't matter for us. Barrio and Costa worked out once again which is good for this season but I don't know if it will be the same result next year when Barrio gets two more hilly stats.
After looking at the riders ahead of Costa, I think we can take 2nd behind Boom or at the least 3rd if Roy has a good ride. If we can't win taking points consistently will hopefully be enough to stay in the division.

Epic victory indeed. What a stage congrats valv. Magnificent report SN.
These season has been really awkward at times. Sometimes it looks like all the stages are going to be boring and then out of the blue you have surprisingly explosive stages like this out of the blue.

Well, going for the points jersey now, maybe Lorenzetto has a shot there. 3rd spot on the easiest sprint stage is a good sign at least.
