I guess the stage just wasn't long enough. The puncheurs will probably take this race now |

That was very disappointing. Really expected there to be a large flurry of attacks. Rodas, wtf? If he's not busy kissing the ground he's too busy in the groupetto.
Good report though, I must say

Meh result for us as expected. However Serry is up there with good chance of a result on stage 3 which could bring him nicely into GC. However I can't see big splits there as well, so getting bonus seconds will be vital.
Hoping for Lijke tomorrow.

It is a strange course, I found last year that these sorts of races did not play out as I thought.
Fortunately I had a strong squad in terms of depth and that has paid off for FC Barcelona there.
Stage 2 looks very strange, if any rider gets dropped in that middle climb then they will be in real danger of missing the time cut.

Allthough the stage was dissappointing from a neutral point of view, and of course for the favourites, this was close to the best possibly outcome for us. With no time gaps here, we are closer to a top 10, even though that will be hard to achieve |

If we didn't plan to do any work, one of our riders should jave joined the midstage attacks.
3 in the top 10 and Moreno with a small chance for the 3rd place due to the bonus seconds. So in the end, still okay.
Arroyo slowly becoming the bust of the season?

Jumabekov!
Getting those 18 seconds for the win will be extremly though, but this went WAY better than expected anyway.
As the stages all are so short I think we can expect more break-aways on the upcoming opportunitys, or atleast small favourite groups. This small Jumabekov show actually gives me a tiny hope for the GC-Win.

Boring stage, in terms of top favourites. AI fault I think. Still, congrat's to Magna for winning stage 1. |

Well that was more than I hoped for from this race...can it end now?
I'm obviously pleased with the result but a little disconcerted at the AI... I mean Moreno, Arroyo and the top favourites should have attacked and at least tried to catch up to the small group. It's really quite stupid that someone with 73 Mountain was able to beat a pack that included several riders that had 76+ in that stat. I mean Arroyo should have at least tried when it was clear that his team couldn't drag them up to the lead group. Stupid.
Well I profited here, but I'll probably be cursing about the same thing later on, so hopefully it evens out for everyone

Yess I'm #1 and #2 in the young rider classification!
Not sure if I'm surprised really. There's just something totally wrong with the AI, or should I say with the secondary stats? I wouldn't be surprised if Arroyo won the third stage because he did the same in Galicia.

I do understand your frustation. But it ain't the stats, as we have seen better mountain-stages/gameplay with the same DB. Imo, stagemaking is the key. Unfortunatelly we had no access to the stage-files here. And ofc we won't change once released profiles randomly. Better mountain-stages will happen to you as well, we just can't change it.

Strange that the favorites don't even try. Hope the hilly stage will be different.

More or less what was expected from this stage I guess, Congrats to Vien.
Poor MTN though, Rodas looks to have some really weird form this season |

Bazhkou in the KOM jersey, really hope he can hang on to it and win outright. Happy with Golas finishing 9th on stage 2, showing consistent form

Slightly disappointing performance from my team, but really looking forward to the hilly stage and hoping for a lot more aggressive riding.
Nice reporting tsmoha |

That was quite stupid!
Tsmoha, who was leading out Anton Martin? Probably would have won had Moreno led him out.

Not bad from Lijke. Looking forward to what Serry can do on last stage, no expectations though.

I'm sorry, mate, but I somehow forgot to note his name Otherwise I would have mentioned him in the report. Maybe I was too suprised when seeing such a small train for Anton Martin and Moreno doing well on the other team's train
