Santander have finally shown up this season, but we seem to have walked into a minefield. A top 5 would be good here. I'm interested to see how Tenorio gets on as leader.
I think he should be doing just fine with his training...
Hopefully, but I fear he will struggle to keep up with Schleck, Contador and Pluchkin
Schleck and Pluchkin probably, but Contador is only +1MO, so I don't think it will be that much of a difference.

I'd kinda hoped for better, in terms of a stage result. Eastman losing 2 extra seconds is also a bummer.

I shouldn't have sold Van Winden to ING

Quite satisfied with that result. Few lost, few gained.

I had hoped for more than 6th here, but when Navardauskas and Donald can't even keep up until the end it's difficult.
Contador is positioned where I want him to be though and it will be interesting to see if he can cope with the pressure. Also Guerao needs to perform here without a sprint train.

I realized that 5-6 leaders lost time. Strange but it`s just a few tiny seconds.
Navardauskas and Donald were doing a lot of work early on. They lost contact on the last 500m only. So shouldn`t have changed a lot. |

How come the person on my team who loses the most time is my GC leader? |

Excellent result for ING, who really do look the business for promoting from the CTour.
It also deprives Protour teams from the bumper points boost from winning the opening TTT, so a popular win from those nowhere near the winners podium.
Stage 2's sprint looks a bit of a draggy one, so some hope that Van Stayen may enjoy it.

Disappointed is the wrong word, very disappointed comes close but still not the right word how disappointing that was.
Should have send here a "I don't care" squad because being almost last at the TTT with one of the weakest leaders here.. Or should have send Cunego here because of the climbing.

What a awesome start to the my protour adventure, I hope that the team can keep the shirt for one or maybe even two days depending on how well Marchante is performing!

Team B&O can TTT again! Awesome 3rd place and Pluchkin looks good and ready for his first title defense!

Didn't expect that from Kocjan. Good ride by him.

Pleased by Van Stayen's speed such a shame we made an utter mess of the sprint train. Managing second place though was an awesome late burst.
Still it is a rare thing and nice to see perhaps we can have another couple of goes in the coming days.
Croket and Forero's positions underline that powderpuff sprinters really need to find a brilliant sprint train position like Kocjan did.

The next transfer season is the last thing on my current agenda, but I'm sure that some of his "Non-Frenchies" will be interesting for many! And btw made, I'm happy that you did sell me Van Winden
Back to topic, then I'm pleased to see that the team managed to control things well together with some of the sprinter teams. Assan didn't quite manage his sprint that well, but that's to expected since he has no real assistance in that regard.
I'm curious to see how the AI will handle Roche being in the lead. I believe that Marchante is by far our best bet for the GC, but our Irish man is in good shape atm. and I wouldn't be too surprised if he can keep the overall lead for a stage or two!
