This race kept wanting to be rated as a hilly race. It took a few edits to finally get it to accept a flat rating. It doesnt look that hard, but maybe it will be.

A top 10 from Feillu is what I'm after, and will pretty much be his goal in all the sprint classics. But if the hill really does count for something then a top 5 should be possible as that plays to his strengths.

Last year this was a strange race, hopefully with slightly changed parcour this will be more interesting. But i think sprinters like LoCicero aand Cavendish can be pretty empty in the finishing line, lets wait for it. I am glad Asia tour is interesting for many good sprinters...why? Because they will have less race days in Europe where it matters for us.

Europe has top priority for me as well. But I couldn`t find another suitable race for Vantomme there.
I think I start in all but 3? European C1 races. |

No real hope of getting a top 5 here even though I have four 76+ sprinters. I only chose the race because some others were full. My only chance would be if the course is hillier than I thought and Duque would be one of the only sprinters to survive, but I don't see that happening.
Bring it on!

Vueling back on the roads - this time with a podium candidate. Hopefully, it will be the first positive sign in the mission to get back to Pro Tour.
And even if the route proves to be too tough for the sprinters, Reimer is ready to take over |

Um, wow. So that happened...
Bizzare, Bizzare race there. Vaitkus takes a nice victory - always good to reward attacking, but where were the sprinters teams? It's like they all gave up at once!
Great result for JK Cycling and Risa, getting a podium and top 5 respectively.
Cya logic strikes again?

I hear the CT is nice. Horrible race for us, going to be a long season at this rate. |

I had a feeling something like that would happen!
A real shame that none of my riders got into the breakaway, because they could've picked up some unexpected points here.
Congrats, ANFreeman!

I must admit I wasn't expecting much although I would have expected someone to be in the break for us as the route was clearly too hilly for our sprinters.

Dyrnes is just fantastic. Certainly loves to get in the break Very good result for the team, but the rest was quite crap.. Congrats to ANF, very exciting race.

Same thing happened this year as it did last year just a LOT more dramatic this year! unlucky for the sprinting teams but great points for JK and Armavia and of course AirBaltic |

Kinoshita!!!!!!
Shame I let Masuda go though, could have been a 2nd Turned out much better than I thought, although this wont help me reduce Kinoshita's wages too much at this rate.

Nice race. I somehow have a feeling that this is Oz's way of scoring points this year: finishing not too high, but still okay, especially as Ford continues to deliver. Definitely the kind of race i was hoping for, so i will take this result too bad Visconti couldn't sprint for more, but i like his attacks so far this season.

This season has started with a lot of surprise results in the PCT, especially in the sprints. If this continues like this I reckon we will see a seriously awkward Team Ranking at the end of the season. This is probably the most unpredictable season in this division ever, these kind of results will only shuffle and turn the rankings more and more exciting.
A big blow for some, a huge surprise for others. Congrats to Airbaltic, Vaitkus continues to prove himself.
