Yet they all have limits and therefore should expect a healthy "war" by some of these names
Edit: Heine for Kupfernagel i have solution If i can get Avelino kupfernagel ceases to be a priority, and as I said nobody hires without me to give some fight

I like the names on your list. None of the riders I'm targeting. 
Avelino would fit into your squad perfectly as leader I think. Not sure how big the interest in him is from other teams.
Some of the names will probably be rather hard to get though. Thinking mainly of Lecuisinier, who the bigger French teams will kill for. Actually, maybe not just the French teams...

@Pellizotti2: To tell the truth, a large part of the goals were chosen taking into account the Avelino, so it becomes a priority target for our team.
while men as Lecuisinier are just one possibilitie among many. and as jph27 said can even be hired by a team and finish loaned to our

Gabor Kasa and Gökhan Hasta on the way to Adira-Isq? In somewhat surprisingly, the team presented the shirts of the national champion Germany, Serbia and Turkey. If the interest in Dietmar Mehr-Wenige was known, was also learned that intend to hire the Turkish and Serbian champions.

Dietmar Mehr-Wenige(250.000€)
The German champion was one of the most desired by the team, he will be one of the leaders of the team and should point batteries to the classics, which is expected to bring some remarkable results ..
Gabor Kasa(50.000€)
Another national champion, this time coming from the Serb, is still a young that hopes to develop in the coming years so that it can become a good domestic
Gökhan Hasta(50.000€)
Turkish champions, both on the road and in Time Trial. With only 23 years old can still develop enough, the mountain being his specialty he will also be one more to help their leaders and perhaps a from time to time try his luck.
Pedro Miguel Paulinho(50.000€)

Thanks guys. Mehr-Wenige was a priority for the team, but at one point I thought I would not get the contract, because he could not give much more than 250k. As for the others I think that over time can become a great help to the team. Yet things are not going as expected and I think the team will get a little short of expectations.
ANFreeman It is a pleasure can give use to your great work and I hope the results are as good as your creations.
The team has just secure the services of another 6 cyclists, we are almost complete with the squad, but still want to strengthen the team with some quality riders, able to make a difference.
João Cabreira(55.000€ - 175.000€ fee)
The experienced Portuguese climber, comes from Vesuvio-Accumalux team and will be our leader when the high mountains come ... Not being a man to win races, may well bring positive results in several stages.
Rohan Dennis(50.000 - 200.000€ fee)
The young Australian is another with good perspective for the future. Specialist in time-trail still has enough room for improvement and can produce some interesting results for the team. It is also far more expensive hiring from the team.
Fabio Silvestre(100.000€) on loan
Coming on loan by the Pearl-Adidas was one of the great desires for this season .. A young man who may very well become the best Portuguese sprinter of the coming years. For now it will be one of the men to lead our sprinter and can play an important role in the team.
André Cardoso(50.000€)
Not being able to stand alone, will be another to help our leaders .. Their skills on the mountain and the hills will be important for the team.
Amaro Antunes(50.000€)
Another young man who can still improve a lot, it's a man for the mountain who hope to become a good domestic in the future.
Artur Gajek(50.000€ - 50.000 fee)
After a disastrous last season, hoping he can get back to being good at a lower level. Hired to be more of a launcher than a sprinter, can still have their chances to shine. The relative difficulty in climbing is something that we hope to overcome with a good choice of races.

Four new hires were announced today, making the team is close to being complete. Unfortunately we still do not get to hire the ideal sprinter, so it will be difficult to sign some meaningful name. Two names come detes actually strengthen the team in an area where there was very poor quality.
Martyn Irvine(75.000€)
The 28 year old Irishman, has specialty against the clock but his abilities in sprint, makes a man even more important in the team. There is great anticipation to see what it is capable
Jorge Adelbo Soto Pereira(65.000)
The Uruguayan is another good addition to the team, will be a good domestic and capabilities in time trail, let's think he can get some interesting results
Fredrik Strand Galta(75.000€) on loan
The young Norwegian star comes Loan for Kenya Airways to gain experience. Also he is more one men for the mountain but does not expect big things in his first year.
Joe Hicks(50.000€)

Transfers season almost finished for the team, is expected to sign the last rider in the coming hours. With a squad of 18 riders the manager is confident that is the debut of the team can bring good results. Come regrets so that one of the principal objectives in the market has not been reached. A top sprinter was something very important but the amounts involved in all of them, were unaffordable for the team.
Rafael Reis(0€) on Loan
The young Portuguese star, comes loan from Prio Porto and will be an important element in the team, this will be his second season amongst professionals expecting able to get some decent results, as well as being an important element in helping their leaders
Mohamed Harrif Salleh(80.000)
The man from Malaysia, is a pure sprinter and will be one of the team leaders in sprintes ... With only 25 still have enough to evolve and may even become a leader of the team in the coming years ...

No questions were allowed, and it was announced that the races plan for each cyclist will be announced later, as the most important races for the team ..
