Hi,
The race of Man is a four stages race which cross the Isle of Man from North to South. There are 2 stages which arrive at the top of Snaefell (highest point of Man) with one of them being a TT on the climb 
You can visit the link in first post, you'll find all the details (P.5 I think)

If you mean for the 2003DB, someone will convert it for PCM12 and put the link there. On my side I'll post the link for PCM11 in first page
There is for the moment a problem on stage 21, I don't know what it is :S
Anyway for the profile is the same as the final ITT in 2011 on the Giro 33km.
