Are we going to have a rule where you can only guess one rider before you get an answer for whether it was right?

Agreed.
One guess, then confirmation from the person who posted the picture about whether it's correct or not. Otherwise it's way too easy.
Should be added to the rules.

Yes.
You can guess as many times you want, but you can guess only once at time. Then wait for the person that posted the picture to say whether you were right or wrong. If wrong, then you can guess again.
