Hi All,
I have done all the steps cyanide support and steam support have advised me to do and the final advice from cyanide was to run the system on the minimum graphics requirements (email from them below). I have tried it and have managed to play a few races in Career mode, although running it on the graphics below.....looks shit!! Considering my system is able to run highend graphics games I can't understand why I can't run this game! This is my first time to pro cycling manager and if they can't sort it out then it will be my last! Hope the below info helps.
Hello,
1. Run PCM12 and click the Options button.
2. Set Anti-aliasing to 0.
3. Click the Graphics Options tab.
4. Set Shadows to 1.
5. Set Level of vegetation detail to 1.
6. Set Display spectators to 1.
7. Set Quality of terrain to 1.
8. Set Level of urban details to 1.
9. Set Anisotropy to 1.
10. Set Textures quality to 1.
11. Set Isolated Buildings quality to 1.
12. Uncheck Reflection in the water.
13. Uncheck Motion blur.
14. Uncheck Depth of field.
15. Uncheck Activate 3D clouds.
16. Uncheck Rider faces.
17. Uncheck Morphological Antialiasing.
18. Click the Ok button.
19. Quit and restart the game.
Best Regards,

I just checked and i can run paris-roubaix smoothly with all the graphics on 2 but all other stages still crash. I also tried the above but the stages still crash while loading.

tried the same as Mars 7733 however game still crashes when loading a race in career mode...I turned off my anti-vir and was able to play any stage or classic in single player mode...seems like it only crashes in career mode.. |

@kirtley9 My game was doing the same thing. It kept crashing at "stream read". I e-mailed PCM support and they said that my graphics controller is not supported because it is too slow. Hopefully this is not your problem.

It turns out my graphics drivers were something like four months out of date, which shouldn't make a difference but it did.
Anyway, installing new drivers stopped all stability problems. |

I was having the same problems, so after a week of emailing them very slowly, I deleted everything, and started over. I was able to play through the first season all the way to the vuelta, and the same thing started again. The only response so far was thm asking me to email them the game log. Which I had done previously.
I am finding it annoying that they are asking me to do the same steps over and over -- it seems that they don't actually read the emails I send them.
I have to figure out how to return the game on steam, it is pretty unplayable in this state. |

Fix the problem for those who have the correct specifications, or are they changing the game so it can play on lower end laptops?

What did you expect?
The system requirements are given and cannot be changed.
It is recommended to check the requirements before buying the game. |
