The first in the block of four starts us off, and will it be one for the sprinters or the hill specialists?

Will it be a decent puncheur like Dall'Antonia, who can also sprint? Or will a sprinter who will climb win? Maybe Maksimov could surprise us all by getting over the hills?

Tour of Slovenia GC
A stage race short in length focusing heavily on stage 3's 14 kilometre climb to the stage finish atop Krvavec. It's a climb that does level out towards the top but it should be hard enough for CTour's best climbers to slug it out.

Which climber will win? Or can a break do something big? Pozzovivo is favourite as the best overall climber, but if Alarcon and Serpa limit their losses in the Hills then they could be in with a shot.
