Ullrich won the Tour, and the Vuelta. Wink

In my opinion, Andy is just a douchebag that thinks the whole World runs around him.

But you never no, suddenly there comes the moment in which everything works perfect. Look at Evans, I mean I don't want to underrate him but I didn't expect anything from him after these 2-3 season where he was there but not on the first step of the podium at a grand tour. Andy is younger but its a bit the same. He is there but he doesn't win and that he has to change in the next few years and than everybody will forget about what we discuss here. I mean look at Evans now he is the big man a year ago many people described him as the man who will never win a gc. So we will see with Andy but I hope he can make this last step which he need to win a Tour.Smile

Comparing Evans and Andy is nearly a sacrilege. Evans at the age of Andy had in his pocket two world championships of mountain bike. You can say whatever you want about the quality of those champs but at least it shows some kind of behaviour.

Evans never had the red carpet to ride on like Andy. He might not be the most talented but he has always shown some kind of competitive spirit that Andy completely lacks.

The only thing that I can find in common with Evans and Andy is the fact of their lack of killer instinct at the GCs. The reasons are different, Evans isn’t talented enough (he’s very talented don’t get me wrong) and Andy doesn’t have the mental strength.

We will see in 10 years the trophies of the two. I bet for Evans.

i agree.evens never was a bad rider he just had bad luck.i always loved how he rode races.

andy's fans will kill me for this but for now i dont care who wins the tour as long as its not andy(i want to see a contador, nibali,Brajkovic race).

and lastly what i think andy needs to do-do a TT ride with fabian and see what he does that you dont,or replace yellow for polka-dots.
