I can think of a few of my riders who'll have to accept 50k next year lol

Yay for Loddo and Bernucci, but it seemed like my Italian sprinter could had finished even higher with a better position before the final kilometres! I'm happy to beat Vespa though Wink

Just be careful you dont offer someone 50k, and have them accept, when really, youd rather not keep them at all Wink

Teams

100% Me to score to keep up their chances of finishing 3rd for the second successive season. In the promotion battle though, Milka failed to score and Lego and Bacardi did not too much. Bacardi, like Pendletons, have a good amount of race days to come - but Milka and Lego are running low, only 3 and 2 one day races left for them respectively. UBS are poised for Herald Sun Tour to lead them on a late chrage, but Petronas are encountering a barren fun - and a new name in the Top 10: Tinkoff!

Further down is the battle for the Top 20. Vespa currently hold 20th, and have closed down YouTube a little, but both Pirelli and Quiksilver scored better than them behind - and Quiksilver are going well in Mexico. UniCredit are 24th after their victory, giving them a chance of going higher if further results are achieved.

Individual
No change in the Top 10, but Van Heerden in 13th keeps ahead of Goss as top sprinter. Cavendish remains in the top 25, but Swift will miss out of the Top 30 - although just ahead of race winner Napolitano.

I'm going to finish behind Waghlon.

Will I get extra money in my budget next year for achieving what should be the impossible? Pfft

Well you will certainly have more oppurtunity in the hilly classics next year - five of the teams who have been competative in that regard look like promoting (Wiggle, Bacardi, Milka, Pendletons and Lego) and Flugal with Ikea may be gone too.

Of course new hilly guys may come into play!

You never know though maybe Ginanni will win Japan/Emillia!

He's not riding Japan - he's in Lombardia. Wink

I'll forgive him everything if he does well there.
