Johan Le Bon keeps his title as French U23 ITT champion.
The Bretons are fielding quite strong squads this year, with many riders being ex-pros children. I'm mostly looking forward to seeing how Valentin Madouas will perform among the U17. He's already won 13 races this year. |

In France, Jeremy Roy wins the last stage of Tour du Limousin and also takes home the overall.
EDIT: Arashiro wins overall, not Roy! They finished on the same time
