Lost 24 seconds in the prologue and 48 seconds on a 46 rider bunch today.

Only stage 2 of 9, and already close.

Disappointing slightly, I guess he is past his quite long peak for such young rider.
Silvio in good position, however the GC is rather wide opened I'd say now.

Coupe des nations Ville Saguenay stage 3
The Canadian race is a nice race for the upcoming talents. And look who won stage 3 The Italian Sagan of the future. Zurlo will kick some ass in years to come.
Coupe des nations Ville Saguenay GC
The GC was won by no other than the new 'EBH'. Enger has a very decent sprint on him already, plus he can get over hilly stuff very well as shown in Tour of Norway. Some talent he will be too.

So to come back to the real talent that will smash everyone in the future, and all the other riders besides Herklotz, a 5 men lead group faces the lumpy 75k that are left with an advantage of slightly over 8 minutes in Thüringen.
91 Bosmans, Wietse BKP
114 McCormick, Hayden* NZL
126 Schlichenmaier, Tim TJB
143 Rickaert, Jonas * OVY

It is really interesting to see O'Shea transforming on the road. Being a track rider I thought that he might become a sprinter but he seems to be more of a puncheur now.

Do I need to file a petition to include Stölting in the next Daily DB that adds new teams?

He is a interesting one, with what he did on the track I didn't think he would be a sprinter but also wouldn't have picked him as a punchy rider either. I am keen to see how far he can go on the road

20k to go in Thüringen.
With no flat roads left (10k descent, 10k climb), Herklotz might start the final climb with over a minute advantage on the peloton as he attacked together with Alexander Foliforov in the penultimate round!
They have a gap of 1:45 atm, I'm really excited about the next minutes.

Foliforov is a pretty handy climber as well though, so don't write him off. Looks promising for them at the moment |

It's a German race, be happy there's a nice live ticker.

4-minute highlights here:

Probably at the base of the climb now: Herklotz distanced Foliforov, new gap 1:55!

He was in an early 15-rider attack brought back quickly, and that's the only mention he got so far.
They only name the results for the primes and attacks though.
