I'm reading an article on Cracked about corrupt police officers in Brazil, lawlessness in Somalia and the Vietnam War, but 80% of the 2200 comments are people getting their panties in a bunch over some french fries with gravy which appearantly wasn't pictured as nearly gravyed enough.

Seriously, what's with the fucking food?

Poutine is a significant piece of Canadian heritage. Disrespect the food and people take it arguably worse than if you dont like ice hockey Pfft

I would say I heard you wrong but I can't hear you at all over the sound of the fans at MSG. Pfft

There's a show on norwegin TV called "Golden Goal" where two presenters, Henrik Elvestad and Johan Golden, show of some funny clips from sports around the world, aswell as having interviews with famous athletes (both past and present).

They sometimes have a segment where they challenge an athlete in that athletes sport, but they give them a handicap. For example, former skier Thomas Alsgård had to ski without poles.

Here's the clip with Edvald Boasson Hagen.

Just an idea; if Cyanide introduces a new R&D-program in PCM, Edvalds bike should be the starter-bike for the smallest teams.

Is anyone going to stop Ewan from making these long/wide signatures that are making big problems to site formating?

So, after a long, arduous half-an-hour plane ride, I arrived at my destination. So, this is where I will study the noble savages. And savages they are indeed. They speak some form of arcaic language, using acronyms and slang not heard since the late 2010s.

I'll only be here for three days and I have about 6 interview subjects that need to be... interviewed. The problem is, they are either suddenly out of town or not answering the phone!

From the looks of it, it seems like I've just spent $1100, only to end up doing most of the interviews over the phone from my hotel room!

Edit: Crisis averted, I've gotten on face-to-face interview done, andI've scheduled one for tuesday and one on wednesday. Still two pending, though.

This place is still a hell hole, a wart on Gods left buttock.

Something is messing up with forum look for me, it is too wide. Just my problem, or anyone else having these issues?
I'll be back

That could occur in a topic where someone made a "bad" post (for example heee......eee without space in between so the word doesn't get caught off)

Same for me. Occurs on every page of the site. Looks exactly like when a post is too long, but just all the time

Captains log, day 2. I've just laid a captains log. As all great explorers do, I will make a detailed account of the sights I'm seeing while sightseeing.

Nature, climate and fauna:
The island is rather large, much like yo mama of old. It's relatively flat, in the sense that it is not very flat. There are no sharp peaks, only smooth and rolling hills, much like the bossom of the aformentioned mama.

It is truely something to behold. I never knew so many shades of brown existed. The everlasting brown hills are now and then interupted by a seagull, the main predator I presume, since I haven't spotted any other forms of wildlife.

The natives:
The native population, while loud and lewd, seem to be gente folk. They seem to have an interesting ritual which I presume is some form of mating ritual. The young males adorn a costume with sleevless shirts, gold chains around their neck aswell as styling their hair in the form of spikes. The main trend regarding facial hair seems to be a rather thin mustache on the younger males, age 15-20, whilst the older ones sport a chin beard and/or goatee.

The presumed mating ritual involves the males driving their automobiles up and down a street in an effort to woo the females. This seems to be easily accomplished as the ritual only lasts and hour. The pair does not seem to mate for life, rather only for the day before they both continue their search for new partners.

The savages also have an intreeging way of adressing eachother, using what we civilized beings whould consider foul language. The males seem to be called either "jackass*", "son of a bitch*" or similar variants. The females are refered to as different parts of the female anatomy. I have a theory that the choice of words might be an implication of status within the pack.

*Captains note; My translation, might not be accurate. Must develope new lingo.

I will continue making observations, this is a case that needs further study. I will try to befriend the natives, but I'm under the suspicion they might be cannibals, as many other secluded civilizations have proven to be. On several occations I've heard talk of certain males "eating out" the other females. My theory is that this is some form of pagan ritual, where they sacrifice a virgin.

Perhaps this is an indication that the people of this island of off the coast of Northern Norway are infact in some way related to the people of areas with similar cannibalizing and virgin-sacrifizing customs, such as the mayas, the aztecs, the people of Borneo, etc.

I will venture further inland. Stop. If nothing is heard from me within two months, send rescue party. Stop. Follow my trail. Stop. Keep looking. Stop. Do not stop. Stop.
