Lambrecht could ride a U15 race without looking suspicious

but I go for a surprise podium and say Pogacar wins ahead of Areruya and Rajovic
If guys from Slovenia want to help him(Rajovic) maybe he can do something, or if he will use them when they prepare sprint for Katrasnik

The Dutch coach did not select anyone for the u23 ITT so they could all ride the RR at full power. Looks like a brilliant choice

I'd love that. It's time for a big one for Jalaphilippe.

Took a little breather...
Can't be disappointed with silver considering it would've been a futile attempt without Cosnefroy joining him, the lap was just a bit too long to make it alone. Not a shame to lose the sprint, and the initial attack looked amazing.
Gold and silver from two races is tough to beat.
On the WT controversy: while I am clearly biased and do see the opposition's point, one perspective I'd like to offer is this:
Kämna or Garcia Cortina (and Bernal/Gaudu if they had participated) wouldn't have made the pro lineups, meaning they would be stuck in limbo in between categories.
If you exclude them from the U23 races, that basically means you're telling them "you're too good for your age to compete in the World Championships at all".
(and I'm very aware that this has been the standard for decades)
For the whole field of lesser riders and the neutral viewer, I see the argument for keeping them out - we all know they're great cyclists - but on an individual level it would be a punch in the gut.
Doesn't really matter for now that they might go on to win the pro WCs one day.
