I think (hope?) that we're all reacting too much with Wouter Weylandt in mind. This is probably just a very bad crash but nothing more. I hope.

I think we are reacting about right, it was a really nasty crash and the little guy wasn't moving with blood on the road. Just happy to hear that he is "okay"

So there seems to be no times available... Any idea on how much time is between the different groups?
And are there any sprinters behind besides Matthews? A rider such as Meersman or Felline perhaps?

Who the fuck is Pavel Kochetkov and how can he outclimb Ulissi and Chavez as well as out-TTing a dozen riders?

From a combination of live feeds:
"AG2R-La Mondiale have confirmed that Pozzovivo is conscious and lucid after his heavy crash earlier."
"Lobato is not in the peloton. We have identified Matthews, Bole, Felline, Battaglin, Paolini, Tiralongo, Gilbert, Gavazzi, Ulissi, Visconti as fast riders still in contention."
If anyone has the will to bring it back. |
