I don't agree, yes it was fun watching him attack but I think this is his level, I don't think he is a contender for anything other than small time races and maybe KOM jerseys and possibly a stage win in a weak GT. Yes he had some good results but I personally think that was beyond his actual talents

Mhm, I actually want to see him go for stage wins most of the time. Not be the first guy Movistar burns to do some relay work. He certainly has no chance to be top GC material anymore, no doubt. He had his chance with the Vuelta but it wasn't meant to be nor ever since. Stage wins, crazy attacks on the bottom of a mountain, some good fighting against the odds like back in the orange crush days. All I like to see from him. Pretty please.

Nairito not feeling too confident about today, believes the overall win is 'complicated' but is happy to settle for a podium place. Says he is suffering a little from pollen allergies like in the Giro last year but that's not an excuse he should hide behind and Purito and Henao have simply been better than him so far. Says he wants Henao to win

Didnt get to watch the stage. 
I remember when Landa won in Burgos and I thought to myself he would be the next big thing. Never really happened, but hopefully he gonna show more of this! Cool to see the redeem squad of Purito and Henao doing work, but I dont think neither of them is gonna win. Also really pleased with Izaguirre so far. Apparantly Nairo is suffering from a little pollen - I would take a top-3 I guess, but he can still win for sure. |

Well, he is only 25 and the team is more focused on Nibali and Aru, so it is quite difficult for him to really shine. Last season he actually did a nice Giro despite being a helper. Also getting 10th GC and a stagewin in Giro del Trentino ain't bad. 14th in Pais Vasco last season aswell. I think he is pretty steadily going to improve. This race is for Scarponi. Once he get's to ride for himself I don't see him as going backwards, that's for sure.
We will see in the Giro, whether or not he is a quality helper for Aru (or whoever leads the team - If allowed to ride at all).

Wow! Betancur at intermediate checkpoint was 1'11'' behind the leader, and at the finish he is only 50'' behind! Looks like he is currently the fastest at that 28% hill  |

Unbelievable month for Team Katusha. Seems the magic formula for riders or Teams to win everything is to have contract problems, works like a charm
