Well it's not all about stat there is also the shape (one stronger with -5 probably will loose against one eventhough weakest but with +5). Anyway Miche seems the strongest team in sprint.

Hugo Sabido
The undisputed leader for the steep roads. As on the best climbers in the field he will target the Tour d'Andorra GC as his primary goal. His ability to sprint upwards should make him a prime contender for stage wins out of small groups on uphill finishes. His underdeveloped time trial ability is however a big question mark and might put a dent into his GC hopes.
Victor Hugo Tarqui
One of two South Americans that joined the team this summer. He will be our man for the smaller climbs and uphill finishes. He will be going for stage wins at Haut Var or Padania. The Trofeo Matteoti will be the season highlight for him where he'll lead our team in the prestigious one-day race.
Bruno Sancho and José Manuel Saraiva
They are our two sprinters and their virtually equal strenght means that they both get the opportunity to lead the team on the flatter stages. The competition is very strong and they will mostly have to fight for podiums. However on a good day they're contenders that need to be taken serious by more complete sprinter teams.
Otavio Bulgarelli
The Brazilian is the second rider that joined Millenium. He will be an important domestique to Sabido in the mountains. In Rutland he will be the undisputed leader, yet he will be largely on his own while the rest of the team struggles to finish the race. A good day and a bit of luck might however result in a very good placement for the Brazilian in the only cobbled classic this season.
Ricardo Martins
In the manner of the almost related-in-name Panzerwagen he will be showing off his strength in the races against the time. The Bayern Rundfahrt with its 25km time trial is where Martins hopes to shine and he aims at a top placement in the GC.
Gilberto Sampaio, Hélder Magalhães, Fernando Alexandre Pinho Machado and André Mourato
These riders are going to be our domestiques and will have to do crucial work for their leaders. The young Mourato was borrowed by Pearl Adidas and is here to gain all important experience. Sampaio and Magalhães won't move from Sabido's side and will be the last helpers for the steep parts of the race. Pinho Machado will be the main helper for Tarqui, his key role however is to despair moderators with his name. These riders are the backbone of our team and whether the teams achieves glory and fame will depend on their efforts.
The manager's outlook and goals
Manager kyanto is extremely pleased with the overall strength of his squad. "I believe that we have enough overall squad strength to compete in most races for top placements" he said. "It will be a joy to watch every race knowing that one of our guys might come out on top at the end of the day. Clearly our competition is very strong, but I expect a few stage wins this season and a podium in a GC." When he was whether there is a specific goal for this season he declined, saying that "it's everybody's responsibility to achieve good results, not only the one of a certain rider in a certain race. I want every rider to give their all and work towards a good result. Whether we win in Bayern, Andorra or Hiroshima doesn't matter to me."

Great to see this small adittion to the man-game ,i wish all the managers good luck and lots of fun. I see some familiar faces and some already nice team presentations, i will follow the mini man-game for sure. 
Shame i cant see all the teams and their rosters in sign-up thread, it seems that SN exceeded the limit and images are not shown. So i can only guess if their is some team from Ukraine, or some of my former riders or my stagiare in the game.
