You should take it to Canadian court, they'll give you a slap on your wrist and an apology for taking up your time, ey.

May the Fourth be with you in court! Get it done quick so you don't have to deal with the Revenge of the Fifth!

Not sure where to put this, but I sure remember being laughed at on this forum when I said the difference between male and female wasn't that simple.
Two French scientists have been asked to study female track & field athletes who reached London OG finales and have high testosterone levels (Caster Semenya like).
Besides having males-like testosterone levels, they've found out that those athletes are actually bearing XY chromosomes, which is classical for males.
There are normally four criteria to be considered a male :
- first one is that the sexual chromosomes are of X and Y type
- second one is having testicles
- third one is to produce testosterone though those testicles
- fourth one is that testosterone has an impact during the foetal state
The athletes studied, and most likely Semenya, didn't meet criteria #4, so they didn't grow external testicles and were born as females. Though, come puberty, they started producing males-like levels of testosterone, making them grow more strength, 30 % more muscles than other females, and a bone structure that's male-like (females have wider hips, etc.), and more body hair too.
It also appears that a higher level of testosterone helps focusing on one point in particular, which is useful for 100 m runners.
I'm glad I don't have to say which category they should run in. |

I'm afraid it's all in French, though I've heard of similar studies being conducted in other countries.
Here you go, if you can read French :

That must have been for a reason
not really, it was an impulsive decision after I got mad after some discussion in the cycling part.
I came back like 6 months later lol |
