Didn't I read somewhere that Sagan had retired due to a crash? Anyway, hope that Diaz will get a chance in a WT team next year, maybe he can ride as a trainee from August, not sure how the regulations are this year. |

GP de la Marseillaise was the first race IAM competed in, right? How'd they go?

Wyss and Brändle were in the 32-man front group, finishing 13th and 19th. No notable result from the rest.

That was a mistake i pointed out an somebody (Alakagom iirc) here in the thread said they switched him for Michel Koch, who crashed and abandoned.
Anyway great finish from Gavazzi to beat Sagan.

So the last two winners in the cycling world were a convicted murderer and a convicted cocaine-user.
No bloody wonder cycling has lost all credibility |

Last year two monument classics were won by a cocaine-user. |

But Boonen didn't get suspended, because it wasn't for cycling. He just used it in his private life, no problems there for me |

So, according to you, it is OK to use EPO, if done privately? |

Mark Cavendish on twitter:
Chaotic head-wind sprint today. Most sprinters free-wheeling at 500m to go! Ventoso came across my front wheel (though not on purpose or too dangerously) but ended my chances. At least I stayed upright! Guess that's bike racing! Very happy with my team & my form though.
And Ventoso replys with this tweet:
https://www.youtub...e=youtu.be para que mire todo el mundo como me cruzo delante de @MarkCavendish
to everyone looks like I pass in front of @MarkCavendish |

But cocaine used outside the cycling season won't make him perform better. EPO does (I guess).
And it's okay to use EPO, as long as you need it (so for the cyclists: no). |

I wonder why the hell is Cavendish even saying that, I mean if he gets blocked it's due to his bad positioning, not because of the other riders. Better positiong = Better result in the end. |

The hilarious part is that Ventoso barely moved. It was Cavendish who swerved all the way into Ventoso's rear.
The preceding post is ISSO 9001 certified
"I love him, I think he's great. He's transformed the sport in so many ways. Every person in cycling has benefitted from Lance Armstrong, perhaps not financially but in some sense" - Bradley Wiggins on Lance Armstrong

I don't get why he needs to put the brackets?? if he just put
"Ventoso came across my wheel and i was blocked in so sat up"
No one would care less somethings are just wrote badly sometimes that or any excuse will do! |

I don't see the problem. Cavendish just says why he didn't get a good result. He doesn't blame Ventoso, saying it was not on purpose nor dangerous.
