Apparently, Marco Pinotti had a great idea.

Frankly the best cycling book i've read is Ned Boulting's Autobiography - How i won the Yellow Jumper!
for those of you who dont know Ned is one of ITV4's presenters. Its funny and really real, and he tries to avoid doping talk wherever possible

Does he try to be subtle, at least?
Not like: "And then I took... um, I ate a real good banana and I won the tour" |

Telenet will co-sponsor Lotto Belisol (at least) in the following season.

Valverde podium in the tour? Not likely, no...
Rodriguez? I don't know, I don't think so, though.
Andy Schleck in Tour Down Under? Well, it'd be good for him to get some good race days in the legs, I'm impressed |

Cavendish has been involved in a collision with a car, but "apart from a bruised arm, he is relatively OK."

Basso will be at the Giro next year. He will start with Lugano and Insubria and do PN aswell. Sagan will do TA and Tour next year. Moreno Moser will be leader for the Ardennes classics. Also Amadio said he think Damiano Caruso will take big step/revelation and be a good man for GC. |

8 teammates working for Sagan could lead to a LOT of stage wins for him.
In the Tour ofcourse.

However this time around Cavendish will have 9 riders with him. Unlike this year, where he had 3 at most.

So you think Eisel will be at the Tour? It'd be a wasted spot, me thinks.

I think the same.
However to keep Eisel they had to offer him a nice contract. Maybe a Tour spot too ?
Tbh I wouldn't include Eisel in the squad, Thomas could do the same role, much better. But you never know. If it's 9 riders at the Tour, I have an inkling he'll go. If 8, then I hope not.

But does Eisel care that much about the Tour? Nice contract for sure, and possibly getting some freedom is small(ish) one day races, but I don't think they promised him a spot in the Tour team. Thomas would be much better, indeed.

That's the thing. Here's what Eisel says in recent interview about the whole saga with Cav and his new opportunities.
“I want to go back to the Tour. For me, the idea of not racing the Tour would mean a lost season,” he said. “The team will need riders to work and I am happy in that role. I did a lot of that this year. It’s hard work, but I love racing in July. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else except the Tour.”
So based on that, I'd say he cares a lot If it's 8 riders per team, I struggle how they can fit him into the team, but with 9 I'd say his experience might win him the spot.
